    Treasury Supervisor Based in Budapest

    Purpose of the role

    The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for managing operational payments and providing critical support to the treasury department, ensuring efficient processing and compliance with organizational standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operational payments for various treasury deals (deposits, Fx Spots, options, etc) Support the Treasury team in effectively maintaining daily operations with the Treasury Management System Prepare daily operational manuals and process descriptions for payment processing in various countries Support the department with potential new tests and journal setups (e.g., ERP setups) Accurate daily payment journal processing Monitor and execute intercompany payments and account refills as needed Manage the daily refunds process from various systems Monitor, identify, and resolve daily payment errors in various systems Manage banking emails Provide support to the treasury team with ad-hoc needs and projects Build and maintain a short-term operational forecast for journals with the Senior Cash Manager to identify imminent funding needs

    Experience

    Experience in a multinational corporate environment is an advantage

    Experience in treasury operations is an advantage

    About 1-2 years of experience is ideal; however, we welcome motivated candidates who may have less.

    Hard skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of payment systems and single bank platforms is preferable but not essential

    Education

    Bachelor's or Master's degree Language Proficient in written and spoken English
