Job Description
Xay dung va trien khai ke hoach khai thac, kinh doanh phi hang khong theo chien luoc Cong ty.
Dieu phoi va giam sat hoat dong tai cac diem kinh doanh va cac kenh phi hang khong.
Xay dung tieu chuan, quy trinh va huong dan khai thac.
De xuat mo hinh, san pham va dich vu moi nham mo rong nguon doanh thu.
Quan ly cac chi tieu doanh thu, loi nhuan va hieu qua khai thac .
Phan tich doanh thu, chi phi, san luong va hieu qua kinh doanh; de xuat giai phap toi uu.
Quan ly va phat trien quan he voi doi tac, nha cung cap va cac don vi khai thac.
Phoi hop xay dung chinh sach gia, chuong trinh ban hang, khuyen mai va cac hoat dong thuc day doanh thu.
Thiet lap va giam sat tieu chuan chat luong dich vu, an toan, an ninh va tuan thu.
Theo doi phan hoi khach hang va trien khai cac giai phap nang cao trai nghiem.
Quan ly, phat trien doi ngu nhan su; xay dung KPI va he thong danh gia hieu qua.
Theo doi, phan tich va bao cao dinh ky ve hoat dong khai thac, doanh thu va hieu qua kinh doanh.
Phoi hop voi cac phong ban, cong ty thanh vien, don vi khai thac san bay va doi tac de trien khai cac chuong trinh kinh doanh.

Develop and implement non-aviation operations and business plans in line with the Company's strategy and objectives.
Organize, coordinate, and supervise operations across business outlets and non-aviation channels.
Develop operational standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional operations.
Propose new non-aviation business models, products, and services to expand revenue streams.
Take responsibility for assigned revenue, profit, and operational performance targets .
Monitor and analyze revenue, costs, volume, and performance across business outlets and channels.
Identify opportunities to optimize revenue, costs, productivity, premises, space, and operational resources.
Work with relevant departments on pricing policies, sales programs, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.
Develop and manage relationships with business partners, suppliers, and operating entities.
Coordinate commercial negotiations and monitor partner performance and service quality.
Establish and monitor service quality standards while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Lead workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
Develop KPIs and provide regular reports and recommendations on operational and business performance.
Coordinate with internal departments, subsidiaries, airport operating units, and external partners to deliver business programs.

Co tu 7-10 nam kinh nghiem trong linh vuc lien quan hoac toi thieu 2 nam o vi tri quan ly tuong duong.
Co kinh nghiem trong khai thac san bay, dich vu mat dat, thuong mai san bay hoac cac hoat dong phi hang khong.
Tieng Anh giao tiep va lam viec tot; TOEIC tu 600 diem hoac tuong duong.
Thanh thao Microsoft Office, dac biet la Excel va PowerPoint.
Co ky nang lanh dao, quan ly van hanh, dam phan va phat trien kinh doanh.
Co kha nang phan tich du lieu, giai quyet van de va lam viec duoi ap luc cao.

Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience, or at least 2 years in an equivalent managerial role.
Experience
in airport operations, ground handling, airport commercial activities, or related industries.
Strong command of English; TOEIC 600+ or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic operational environment.
