Job Description
Chiu trach nhiem cao nhat ve moi hoat dong khai thac hang khong cua Airport NEO, bao gom khai thac dich vu mat dat va khai thac hang hoa .
Dieu hanh va quan ly cac hoat dong khai thac, dam bao moi hoat dong duoc thuc hien an toan, dung tieu chuan chat luong, an ninh, dung gio va hieu qua .
Chiu trach nhiem dam bao cac hoat dong khai thac tuan thu day du cac quy dinh, tieu chuan hien hanh cua Airport NEO.
To chuc xay dung va trien khai ke hoach hoat dong hang nam , bao gom ngan sach, chi phi, nhan su va dao tao/huan luyen.
Xay dung va hoan thien he thong tai lieu, quy trinh van hanh tieu chuan (SOP), quy dinh va huong dan cong viec phu hop voi chinh sach cua Hang hang khong va thuc te khai thac tai cac san bay.
Phan cong nhiem vu cho doi ngu quan ly, cac bo phan va ca nhan; thiet lap va ap dung cac chi tieu/KPI nham dam bao hieu qua thuc hien cong viec.
Theo doi, danh gia va kiem soat hieu qua hoat dong khai thac cua cac don vi thuoc pham vi phu trach.
Phoi hop voi cac phong/ban lien quan va cac ben ngoai de dam bao hoat dong khai thac duoc trien khai dong bo, hieu qua.
Chu dong nhan dien cac van de trong hoat dong khai thac va dua ra giai phap nham duy tri chat luong, an toan va hieu qua van hanh.
Thuc hien cac nhiem vu khac theo phan cong cua cap quan ly.

Take overall responsibility for all aviation operations activities of Airport NEO, including ground operations and cargo operations .
Lead and manage aviation operations to ensure all activities are conducted safely, with quality assurance, security, punctuality and efficiency .
Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with Airport NEO's applicable regulations and standards.
Develop and implement the annual operating plan , including budget, expenses, manpower and training programs.
Establish and maintain the operational documentation system, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulations and work instructions , in accordance with airline policies and the actual operating conditions at all airports.
Assign responsibilities to management personnel, departments and individuals, and establish and apply KPIs to ensure effective performance.
Monitor, evaluate and control the operational performance of the relevant teams and departments.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Proactively identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions to maintain safety, service quality and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Co toi thieu 07-10 nam kinh nghiem trong linh vuc hang khong hoac it nhat 02 nam kinh nghiem o vi tri tuong duong .
Tieng Anh TOEIC tu 600 diem tro len hoac chung chi quoc te tuong duong; ung vien tot nghiep chuyen nganh Tieng Anh cung duoc xem xet.
Uu tien ung vien biet them ngoai ngu thu ba nhu Tieng Trung, Tieng Nhat hoac Tieng Han.
Thanh thao cac ung dung Microsoft Office , dac biet Word, Excel, PowerPoint va Email.
Co cac chung chi lien quan den khai thac mat dat, quan ly san do va hang hoa la loi the.
Co kien thuc va kinh nghiem thuc te ve khai thac mat dat, phuc vu san do va/hoac khai thac hang hoa .
Co nen tang ve hoat dong hang khong, cham soc khach hang, san do va/hoac quan ly hang hoa.
Co kien thuc ve Luat Hang khong va cac quy dinh lien quan .
Co kha nang phan tich, danh gia va xu ly van de.
Co ky nang lanh dao, quan ly va dieu hanh tot.
Ky nang giao tiep tot, co kha nang lam viec voi nhieu cap trong to chuc.
Can than, trung thuc, co tinh than trach nhiem va kha nang lam viec nhom.
Co thai do lich thiep, chuyen nghiep khi giao tiep voi khach hang va dong nghiep.
Co kha nang lam viec duoi ap luc va san sang cong tac xa nha khi duoc yeu cau.

University degree or above.
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant aviation experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar position .
TOEIC score of 600 or above , or an equivalent international English certificate; candidates graduating with a major in English are also considered.
Candidates with a third foreign language , such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean, are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
Relevant certifications in ground operations, ramp management and cargo management are an advantage.
Proven knowledge and practical experience in ground operations, ramp handling and/or cargo operations .
Background in aviation operations, customer care, ramp and/or cargo management.
Knowledge of
Aviation Law and relevant regulations .
Strong analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills.
