Job Description

Xay dung ke hoach truyen thong nam, gan voi muc tieu thuong hieu, kinh doanh va tuyen sinh.

Xay dung communication concept, key message, channel strategy va campaign roadmap.

Chu tri va dieu phoi cac chien dich truyen thong tich hop ve thuong hieu, tuyen sinh, tuyen dung va phat trien kinh doanh.

Dieu phoi cac nguon luc truyen thong va cac don vi lien quan de dam bao tien do, chat luong va tinh nhat quan.

Quan ly brief, timeline, deliverables va phoi hop voi agency/doi tac trong cac du an truyen thong.

Dam bao tinh nhat quan ve hinh anh, thong diep va nhan dien thuong hieu VIAA tren cac kenh truyen thong.

Chu dong chuan bi va phoi hop to chuc cac su kien, hoat dong quang ba va truyen thong tuyen dung Tiep vien Hang khong theo nhiem vu duoc giao.

Phoi hop voi MKT Vietjet de tiep nhan huong dan, trien khai cac hoat dong va dam bao tinh dong bo.

Theo doi KPI, danh gia hieu qua campaign va de xuat giai phap toi uu.

Cac cong viec khac do Quan ly truc tiep giao pho.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Develop annual communication plans aligned with brand, business and admissions objectives.

Develop communication concepts, key messages, channel strategies and campaign roadmaps.

Lead and coordinate integrated campaigns for brand, admissions, recruitment and business development.

Coordinate communication resources and relevant teams to ensure timelines, quality and consistency.

Manage briefs, timelines, deliverables and coordinate with agencies/partners for communication projects.

Ensure consistency of VIAA brand image, messaging and identity across communication channels.

Proactively prepare and coordinate events, promotional activities and Cabin Crew recruitment communications as assigned.

Coordinate with Vietjet Marketing to receive guidance, execute activitie and ensure alignment.

Track KPIs, evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.

Other assignments from the direct Manager.

Toi thieu 2 nam kinh nghiem trong linh vuc Marketing/Communications, uu tien kinh nghiem quan ly campaign hoac dan dat nhom.

Co kinh nghiem xay dung ke hoach truyen thong tich hop, quan ly campaign va phoi hop da kenh/doi tac.

Uu tien co kinh nghiem trong linh vuc Hang khong, Giao duc/Dao tao hoac dich vu.

Kha nang am hieu

Hieu biet tot ve truyen thong tich hop, xay dung thuong hieu, digital marketing, social media, content va su kien; co tu duy gan truyen thong voi muc tieu kinh doanh.

Yeu cau khac

Tieng Anh giao tiep va viet tot; co kha nang lam viec voi cac don vi/doi tac bang tieng Anh (TOEIC toi thieu 500 hoac cac chung chi tuong duong).

Nang luc yeu cau

Tu duy chien luoc va kha nang xay dung ke hoach truyen thong tich hop.

Ky nang quan ly campaign, dieu phoi doi ngu va agency/doi tac.

Am hieu thuong hieu, digital, social, content va xu huong truyen thong.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience

s

At least 2 years of experience in Marketing/Communications, preferably with campaign management or team leadership experience.

Experience

in integrated communication planning, campaign management and multi-channel/partner coordination.

Training or service industry experience is preferred.

Understanding of marketing and

communication principles

Strong understanding of integrated communications, branding, digital marketing, social media, content and events; business-oriented communication mindset.

Other requirements

Good written and spoken English; able to work with relevant teams/partners in English (TOEIC with a minimum score of 500 or equivalent)

Strategic thinking and integrated communication planning.

Strong campaign, team and agency/partner management skills.

Strong understanding of branding, digital, social, content and communication trends.

Strong analytical, reporting and data-driven optimization skills.

Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
