Job Description
Chiu trach nhiem chung ve moi hoat dong cua Ban Khai thac PVMD, dam bao cac hoat dong tuan thu cac yeu cau ve an ninh, an toan va chat luong .
Tham muu, ho tro Truong Phong trong cong tac dieu hanh, giam sat va ho tro hoat dong cung cap dich vu phuc vu mat dat, dong thoi trien khai cac dich vu moi cho khach hang.
Phoi hop voi cac phong/ban trong cong tac dieu hanh, phuc vu mat dat, phuc vu san do va quan ly trang thiet bi , dam bao hoan thanh cac muc tieu, ke hoach cua Airport NEO.
Kiem soat hoat dong dich vu mat dat cua cac don vi lien quan, dam bao chuyen bay duoc phuc vu an toan, chinh xac va hieu qua .
Phoi hop voi cac bo phan chuc nang cua VietJet va cac don vi ben ngoai nhu nha khai thac cang, quan ly bay trong cong tac trao doi thong tin va dieu hanh phuc vu chuyen bay.
Kiem tra, giam sat cong tac phuc vu bay hang ngay cua cac phong/ban tai Airport NEO.
Trien khai va giam sat viec tuan thu cac quy dinh chuyen mon, an ninh va an toan trong qua trinh cung cap dich vu mat dat.
Kiem soat, dieu phoi hoac phan cong nhan su phu trach hoat dong
A-CDM
tai san bay.
Quan ly cac hop dong dich vu cang, dich vu thue ngoai va cac cam ket ve chat luong dich vu.
Kiem soat, giam sat va danh gia chat luong cac dich vu thue ngoai.
Theo doi va giam sat cac chi tieu khai thac chinh tai khu vuc san do, bao gom
OTP/TAT
.
Xay dung va duy tri moi quan he hieu qua voi cac don vi noi bo va ben ngoai nham nang cao hinh anh va hieu qua hoat dong cua cong ty.
Dam bao an toan va an ninh luon la uu tien hang dau trong moi hoat dong khai thac.
Chu tri xu ly cac tinh huong bat thuong trong qua trinh phuc vu bay.
Chu tri nghien cuu, xay dung, trien khai va kiem tra cac quy trinh, tieu chuan nham kiem soat chat luong hoat dong cua don vi.
Tham gia cac cuoc hop quan ly, dam bao cac van de quan trong duoc bao cao den Ban Giam doc va cac thong tin phan hoi duoc trien khai den nhan vien.
Xac dinh nhu cau tuyen dung, dao tao, thuyen chuyen va xay dung ke hoach phat trien nhan su cua don vi.
Trien khai va giam sat viec thuc hien cac che do, chinh sach nham dam bao quyen loi nguoi lao dong theo quy dinh cua phap luat va Cong ty.
Tham gia cong tac dao tao, huan luyen noi bo.
Thuc hien bao cao dinh ky va dot xuat ve hoat dong khai thac cho Ban Giam doc.
Thuc hien cac nhiem vu khac theo phan cong cua Ban Giam doc.

Take overall responsibility for the operations of the Ground Operations Team, ensuring compliance with security, safety and quality
Requirements
.
Advise and assist the Aviation Operations Manager in operating, supervising and supporting ground handling service activities, as well as implementing new services for customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments on ground operations, ramp services and ground support equipment management to achieve Airport NEO's objectives and plans.
Control ground handling activities of relevant departments to ensure flights are served safely, accurately and efficiently .
Coordinate with VietJet functional departments and external parties, including airport operators and Air Traffic Control, to ensure effective information exchange and flight operations management.
Monitor and supervise the daily flight handling activities of Airport NEO departments.
Implement and supervise compliance with professional, security and safety regulations throughout the ground handling process.
Control, coordinate or assign personnel responsible for
A-CDM
activities at the airport.
Manage airport service contracts, outsourced service contracts and service level agreements.
Control, monitor and measure the quality of outsourced services.
Monitor and supervise key Airport NEO operational targets at the apron area, including
OTP/TAT
.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company's image and operational efficiency.
Ensure
safety and security
remain the highest priorities in all company operations.
Lead the handling of irregular situations during flight operations.
Lead the development, implementation and review of operational procedures and standards to control the quality of the team's performance.
Participate in management meetings to ensure key operational issues are communicated to the Board of Directors and feedback is properly recorded and communicated to relevant employees.
Identify staffing needs related to recruitment, training and employee transfers, and develop employee development plans for the team.
Implement and supervise company policies and labor-related regulations to ensure employee benefits are properly maintained.
Participate in internal staff training and coaching activities.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc operational reports for the Board of Directors.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Thanh thao MS Office , dac biet Excel, PowerPoint va co ky nang thuyet trinh.
Co ky nang giao tiep tot, co kha nang lam viec voi cac cap trong to chuc.
Co kien thuc ve Luat Hang khong va Luat Lao dong .
Co kha nang phan tich, danh gia va tong hop thong tin.
Co ky nang to chuc, phan cong cong viec va quan ly nhan su.
Co ky nang dao tao, huong dan va phat trien nhan vien.
Co kha nang quan ly con nguoi trong moi truong khai thac nang dong tai san bay.
Co ky nang giao tiep, giao viec, tao anh huong va dam phan.

University degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry , including at least 3 years of management experience .
TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent certificate .
Good knowledge and understanding of aviation safety regulations and the relevant regulatory environment .
Proficient in MS Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with good presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of
Aviation Law and Labor Law .
Strong analytical, evaluation and information synthesis skills.
Good organizational, workforce allocation and people management skills.
Strong coaching and employee development skills.
Ability to manage people in a dynamic, operationally driven airport environment.
