Job Description
Xay dung va trien khai ke hoach khai thac, ke hoach nguon luc phu hop voi san luong, ke hoach bay va yeu cau cua khach hang.
To chuc, quan ly va dieu hanh hoat dong dich vu san bay, dam bao hoat dong dien ra lien tuc, dung tien do va dap ung cac tieu chuan khai thac.
Dieu phoi nhan su, trang thiet bi va phuong tien nham dam bao hieu qua khai thac.
Chu dong chi dao xu ly cac tinh huong bat thuong va cac van de phat sinh trong qua trinh phuc vu chuyen bay.
Xay dung, trien khai va giam sat cac tieu chuan chat luong dich vu; theo doi cac chi so ve chat luong, nang suat va hieu qua phuc vu.
Tiep nhan, phoi hop xu ly phan anh, khieu nai va trien khai cac chuong trinh cai tien nham nang cao trai nghiem khach hang.
Dam bao tuan thu cac quy dinh ve an toan, an ninh hang khong, quy trinh khai thac va yeu cau cua co quan quan ly.
Chu dong nhan dien, danh gia va kiem soat rui ro; phoi hop xu ly, khac phuc cac su co va sai lech trong qua trinh khai thac.
La dau moi phoi hop voi cac don vi khai thac, phong ban chuc nang, hang hang khong, san bay va cac doi tac lien quan.
De xuat va trien khai cac sang kien cai tien, ung dung cong nghe, tu dong hoa va cac giai phap so nham nang cao nang suat, chat luong va hieu qua hoat dong.
Theo doi KPI, thuc hien bao cao dinh ky/dot xuat va tham muu cho Ban Lanh dao ve to chuc, van hanh va phat trien dich vu san bay.

Develop and implement operational and resource plans aligned with operational volume, flight schedules, and customer requirements.
Organize and manage airport service operations to ensure continuous, timely and efficient service delivery in accordance with operational standards.
Coordinate manpower, equipment and vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
Proactively direct the handling of irregularities and issues arising during flight operations.
Develop, implement and monitor service quality standards, as well as key indicators relating to quality, productivity and operational performance.
Handle and coordinate the resolution of customer feedback and complaints, while implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security regulations, operational procedures and requirements of relevant authorities.
Proactively identify, assess, and control operational risks; coordinate investigations and corrective actions for incidents and deviations.
Act as the focal point for coordination with operating units, functional departments, airlines, airports and relevant partners.
Propose and implement improvement initiatives, including technology, automation and digital solutions, to enhance productivity, service quality and operational efficiency.
Monitor KPIs, prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports, and advise Management on matters relating to the organization, operation and development of airport services.

Thanh thao cac ung dung van phong nhu Word, Excel, PowerPoint va Email.
Co kha nang lam viec trong moi truong ap luc cao, san sang di cong tac va lam viec xa nha khi can thiet.
Co ky nang giao tiep, phoi hop, xu ly tinh huong va tinh than trach nhiem cao.

Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field or at least 2 years in an equivalent position .
Knowledge and experience in aviation operations, ground handling, airport services, ramp or cargo operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, planning, resource management and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600 or above ; additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
Able to work effectively under pressure and willing to travel or work away from home when required.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with a high sense of responsibility.
