Job Description
Xay dung va trien khai ke hoach khai thac dich vu phu hop voi muc tieu va ke hoach kinh doanh cua Cong ty.
Dieu hanh hoat dong khai thac hang ngay, dam bao hoat dong lien tuc, on dinh va dap ung yeu cau tai cac san bay.
Phan cong, dieu phoi nhan su va nguon luc phu hop voi san luong va nhu cau khai thac.
Giam sat viec tuan thu cac quy trinh, tieu chuan ve khai thac, an toan, an ninh va chat luong dich vu.
Chu dong nhan dien, xu ly va bao cao cac van de, su co hoac tinh huong bat thuong phat sinh trong qua trinh khai thac.
Theo doi chat luong khai thac, KPI va de xuat cac giai phap cai tien nham nang cao nang suat, chat luong va hieu qua hoat dong.
Kiem soat nguon luc, phuong tien, thiet bi va chi phi khai thac theo ngan sach duoc phe duyet.
La dau moi phoi hop voi cac don vi noi bo, khach hang, doi tac, nha cung cap va cac ben lien quan.
Thuc hien bao cao dinh ky, dot xuat va tham muu cho Ban Lanh dao cac giai phap nang cao hieu qua khai thac dich vu .........................................................................................................................................................
Develop and implement service operations plans in line with the Company's objectives and business plans.
Manage daily operations to ensure continuity, stability and compliance with operational requirements across airports.
Assign and coordinate manpower and resources based on operational volume and requirements.
Monitor compliance with operational procedures and standards relating to safety, security and service quality.
Proactively identify, address and report operational issues, incidents and irregular situations.
Monitor operational quality and KPIs, and propose improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality and operational efficiency.
Manage resources, vehicles, equipment and operational costs within the approved budget.
Act as the focal point for coordination with internal departments, customers, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and advise Management on solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

Thanh thao cac ung dung van phong nhu Word, Excel, PowerPoint va Email.
Co kha nang lam viec trong moi truong ap luc cao, san sang di cong tac va lam viec xa nha khi can thiet.
Co ky nang giao tiep, phoi hop, xu ly tinh huong va tinh than trach nhiem cao.

Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field or at least 2 years in an equivalent position.
Knowledge and experience in aviation operations, ground handling, in-flight services, ramp or cargo operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, planning, resource management and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600 or above; additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
Able to work under pressure and willing to travel or work away from home when required.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility.
