Job Description
Dam bao duy tri chat luong giang day cho tat ca cac buoi huan luyen ly thuyet Chiu trach nhiem hoan toan trong viec giam sat cac giao vien huan luyen ly thuyet nham dam bao tuan thu cac quy dinh huan luyen va chat luong dao tao.
Thuong xuyen cap nhat pho bien chinh sach an toan den tat ca nhan su lien quan va tham gia vao cac sang kien cua He thong Quan ly An toan

De xuat y tuong, sang kien nham nang cao chat luong dao tao den Truong Khoa phi cong; Thuong xuyen ra soat va de xuat chinh sua cac chuong trinh dao tao, tai lieu, ngan hang cau hoi, tai lieu lien quan, quy trinh va quy dinh cho Truong Khoa phi cong khi can thiet.
Tham gia giang day cac mon ly thuyet theo chuong trinh duoc phe chuan.
Chu tri soan thao, cap nhat cac chuong trinh huan luyen ly thuyet, tai lieu giang day.
Phoi hop voi cac bo phan lien quan.
Thuc hien cac nhiem vu khac do cap tren giao.

Having full responsibility to supervise the ground instructors to ensure compliance with training regulations and training quality.
Continually promoting the safety policy to all relevant personnel and taking part to SMS initiatives.
Proposing ideas, innovations to improve training quality to Flight Crew Training Manager; Regularly review and propose the revision of training programs, manuals, question banks, relevant documents, procedures, regulations to Flight Crew Training Manager when the necessities arise.
Participating in teaching theoretical subjects according to the approved training program.
Lead the development and updating of theoretical training programs and training materials.
Coordinating with relevant departments.
Other assignments from the direct manager.

Co cac chung chi nghe nghiep lien quan bao gom ATPL.
Co chung chi nghiep vu su pham.
- Kinh nghiem:
Toi thieu 3 nam kinh nghiem lam viec vi tri Phi cong Toi thieu 1 nam kinh nghiem lam viec voi vai tro la giao vien duoc to chuc co tham quyen phe chuan.
Kinh nghiem thiet ke bai giang, danh gia ket qua hoc tap hoc vien, quan ly ho so va tai lieu dao tao.
- Kien thuc chuyen
nganh
Nam vung quy dinh ICAO, CAAV, EASA va cac tieu chuan huan luyen phi cong.
Kien thuc ve quan ly chuong trinh dao tao, danh gia hieu qua hoc tap.
- Kha nang am hieu:
Thanh thao tieng Anh, toi thieu ICAO Level 4.
Am hieu ro nganh hang khong va cac tieu chuan dao tao trong linh vuc hang khong.
Kha nang truyen dat ly thuyet ro rang, huong dan hoc vien ap dung vao thuc hanh.
- Yeu cau khac:
Ky nang giao tiep, thuyet trinh.
Ky nang vi tinh van phong (soan thao slide bai giang, soan thao van ban...).
San sang lam viec ngoai gio hoac di cong tac khi co yeu cau.

- Education:
* Having required professional certificates including ATPL Train the Trainer certificate (Pedagogy certificate issued by recognized training organization).
- Job related experience:
At least 3 years of
experience working as a pilot
Minimum 1 year of
experience working as an authority approved instructor
Experience in
designing lesson plans, evaluating student learning outcomes, and managing training records and materials.
- Specific
knowledge
Thorough knowledge of ICAO, CAAV, and EASA regulations, as well as pilot training standards.
Knowledge of training
program management and learning effectiveness evaluation
- Business understanding:
Proficient utilization of English, minimum of ICAO Level4.
Good knowledge of aviation industry and aviation training standards.
Ability to clearly convey theoretical knowledge and guide students in applying it to practical training.
- Other Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in office computer skills (preparing lecture slides, writting documents, etc.).
Willing to work overtime or travel for business when required
