Ho tro Truong nhom Vat tu trien khai he thong thu mua, van chuyen, xu ly va kiem soat cac phu tung va vat lieu ky thuat mot cach hieu qua va tiet kiem. Ho tro tham gia danh gia va lua chon nha cung cap, san pham va dich vu tren co so kha nang dap ung cac yeu cau cua cong ty bao gom he thong chat luong va cac yeu cau che dinh theo cac thu tuc duoc lap thanh van ban

• Theo doi/ cung ung cac vat tu tieu hao (Consumable & Expendable) hang ngay; va viec thay dong co. Dam bao cung ung cac yeu cau cua MCC (Trung tam dieu hanh bao duong) dung han.
• Theo doi tien do cua cac cong cu, thiet bi gui di hieu chuan, kiem dinh de dam bao hoan tra kip thoi.
• Dam bao phuong thuc van chuyen hang hoa hieu qua nhat ve mat chi phi.
• Cung ung vat tu phu tung may bay (Consumable; Expendable va Rotatable) AOG ngay le, cuoi tuan.
• Theo doi/ Cung ung/ Quan ly vat tu phu tung xoa hong hoc cabin; vat tu phu tung phuc vu A check (dac biet la hoa chat); C check.
• Theo doi/ Cung ung/ dung cu NDT GSE va A check.
• Thuc hien cong tac du phong, kiem tra, luu tru vat tu phu tung may bay.
• Khac: Cac cong viec khac do Quan ly truc tiep giao pho.

---------------------------- ---------------------------- ---------------------------- ---------------------------- ---------------------------- ---------------------------- Assists Supplies Team Leader to implement the system for procurement, transportation, handling, and control of engineering spares and materials efficiently and economically. Participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, products, and services on the basis of the ability to meet the company requirements including the quality system and regulatory requirements in accordance with documented procedures.

• To be responsible for consumable and expendable on-time (daily/ engine change/ MCC request).
• Monitor the progress of tools and equipment sent for calibration and test to ensure timely return.
• Ensure the most cost-effective method of shipment to dispatch material.
• To be responsible for AOG case with C&E and Rotatable demand during the weekend, holiday.
• Monitor material for A-Check with C&E section, especially in Chemical; C-check and collaborated with C-check team; cabin defect and collaborate with cabin team for clearing defect.
• Follow setting up NDT, GSE and A-check tools.
• To be responsible for Level stock; Inspection & storage spares/ materials.
• Others: Other assignments from the direct Manager.

Job Requirement

• Hoc van:
• Tot nghiep dai hoc.
• Ngoai ngu:
• Su dung tot tieng Anh, Toeic toi thieu 400 hoac tuong duong.
• Yeu cau khac:
• Co kien thuc ve chuoi cung ung, logistic.
• Co kha nang lam viec duoi ap luc cao, co tinh ky luat, can than va lam viec hieu qua theo nhom.
• Su dung tot tin hoc van phong, uu tien biet su dung AMOS.
• Co the lam viec ngoai gio va cong tac ngoai van phong.

• Education:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Language skills:
• Good at English, TOEIC minimum 400 or equivalent.
• Other requirements:
• Supply chain and logistic knowledge.
• Able to work under high pressure, self-disciplined - able to work effectively in a team.
• Good at MS Office, AMOS is preferable.
• Can work overtime and outside of the office.
