Job Description
Ho tro Supply Officer theo doi nhu cau va tien do cung ung vat tu, phu tung ky thuat.
Cap nhat tinh trang don hang, giao nhan, ton kho va du lieu tren he thong.
Ho tro theo doi cong cu, thiet bi gui hieu chuan, kiem dinh hoac sua chua.
Ho tro kiem tra, sap xep, luu tru vat tu va chung tu lien quan.
Phoi hop voi cac bo phan Kho, Logistics, Procurement va Maintenance.
Thuc hien cac cong viec khac theo phan cong cua quan ly.
----------------------------------------------------------- Assist the Supply Officer in monitoring material requirements and supply progress.
Update purchase orders, delivery status, inventory and system data.
Monitor tools and equipment sent for calibration, inspection or repair.
Assist in checking, arranging and filing materials and related documents.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement and Maintenance teams.
Perform other duties assigned by the direct Manager.
Job Requirement Sinh vien nam 3 hoac nam cuoi cac nganh Supply Chain, Logistics, Kinh doanh quoc te hoac nganh lien quan.
Bat buoc co giay gioi thieu thuc tap tu Nha truong.
Co kien thuc co ban ve chuoi cung ung va logistics.
Su dung tot Microsoft Office, dac biet la Excel.
Co kha nang doc hieu tieng Anh; uu tien TOEIC tu 400 hoac tuong duong.
Can than, trach nhiem, chu dong va co kha nang lam viec nhom.
Co the thuc tap toan thoi gian.
------------------------------------------------- Third-year or final-year student majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business or related fields.
A valid internship introduction letter from the university is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Able to read and understand English; TOEIC 400 or equivalent is preferred.
Careful, responsible, proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
Able to undertake a full-time internship.
