Job Description

• Chiu trach nhiem truoc Truong phong PVSD trong giam sat viec cung cap cac dich vu san do cung cap cho cac chuyen bay di va / hoac den cua Vietjet tai san bay.
• Thay mat Truong phong giam sat va huong dan nhan vien de cai thien chat luong cong viec va thuc hien cac tieu chi duoc de ra: chi so quay dau, dung gio, va tieu chi hanh ly that lac va cac tieu chi khac theo yeu cau cua cong ty.
• San sang tham gia huong dan dao tao chuyen mon nghiep vu cho nhan vien cap duoi khi duoc yeu cau tu Truong phong hay Ban giam doc nham han che nhung sai sot trong qua trinh phuc vu
• Dam bao rang. tat ca bao cao (tai nan, su co, bat thuong...) cua nhan vien phai duoc thuc hien va tuan thu theo quy dinh, quy trinh hien hanh da duoc neu ro trong huong dan cong viec cua cong ty.
• Ho tro Truong phong trong viec kiem soat qui trinh phuc vu theo dung tieu chuan cong viec dam bao hoat dong cua don vi dat hieu qua cao nhat.
• Thay mat Truong phong PVSD, cap nhat va truyen dat cac thay doi lien quan den quy dinh, quy trinh phuc vu cua cong ty den cac phong ban lien quan va dam bao rang cac thong tin lien quan den nhung thay doi ve cac quy trinh cua hoat dong khai thac phai duoc truyen dat den nhan vien mot cach hieu qua nhat.
• Tham muu cho Truong phong PVSD trong viec lap ke hoach, phan tich hoat dong cua phong nham dam bao an toan va nang cao chat luong dich vu cung cap.
• Phoi hop voi cac bo phan lien quan den hoat dong khai thac cua Vietjet trong do co: van chuyen to bay, dieu hanh bay... bo tri nguon nhan luc tai san do sao cho phu hop voi ke hoach khai thac de dat duoc hieu qua kinh te cao nhat.
• Ho tro Truong phong PVSD kiem tra, giam sat dam bao cac trang thiet bi hu hong, den han bao duong de co ke hoach sua chua bao duong kip thoi nham dam bao an toan trong suot qua trinh phuc vu.
• Theo doi, dam bao thoi gian cung cap trang thiet bi mat dat phuc vu cho chuyen bay kip thoi de hoan thanh cac tieu chi ma cong ty de ra.
• Bao cao dinh ki cho Truong phong PVSD
• Thuc hien cac cong viec khac do Truong phong giao pho
• Accountable to RSM for implementation services that are related to providing ramp services for departure/ arrival VJA flights.
• On behalf of RSM, supervise and lead ramp staff to improve our performance targets, specifically turnaround targets, punctuality targets, mishandled baggage targets, and other targets according to the company's Requirements.
• Participate in guiding, and training the new staff and the lower level staff in order to limit the possible mistakes during the service process.
• Ensure that all incidents/accidents are reported by relevant staff and comply with applicable regulations and company procedures as defined in company manuals and work practices.
• Support RSM to control the service procedures base on the work standard to assure the quality of the team's activities.
• On behalf of RSM, update and distribute all updated/new policies, new procedures must be distributed to related departments, and ensure that information relating to operational procedural changes is effectively communicated to all appropriate staff.
• Assist RSM in planning and evaluating the department/ team's activities to maintain safety and develop the service quality.
• Coordinate with related departments for VJ operations, which included: crew transportation, flight operation functions....ramp staff resource allocation, and the management to achieve performance targets for the business.
• Support RSM to monitor GSE serviceability; ensure all broken GSE must be repaired, and maintained timely; in order to ensure safety for whole operations.
• Monitor to ensure serviceability of all ground equipment and timely repair to ensure the goals of the business are achieved.
• Send periodic reports to the Ramp Service Manager
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the department.

Job Requirement

• Hoc van:
• Tot nghiep Dai hoc tro len, co kinh nghiem trong linh vuc lien quan it nhat 7-10 nam
• Kien thuc/ Ky nang chuyen mon:
• Hieu ro ve quy dinh an toan hang khong, quy dinh ve moi truong
• Ngoai ngu:
• Ngoai ngu: tieng Anh TOEIC 600 hoac tot nghiep chuyen nganh tieng Anh
• Ky nang mem:
• Ky nang xu ly tinh huong va giai quyet van de
• Ky nang giao tiep tot, co kha nang lam viec duoc voi cac cap cua cong ty
• Ky nang giao viec, kha nang gay anh huong va dam phan voi nguoi khac bang viec xay dung cac moi quan he
• Co ky nang quan ly con nguoi trong moi truong nang dong o san bay
• Ky nang tin hoc van phong:
• Su dung thanh thao tin hoc van phong va ky nang thuyet trinh
• Yeu cau khac:
• Tinh than trach nhiem cao, bao quat cong viec
• Co tinh tu giac, co kha nang lam viec doc lap va lam viec theo nhom
• San sang di cong tac ngan han khi duoc yeu cau
• Education:
• University graduation or above, has at least 7-10 years experience in related career
• Professional knowledge/skills:
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of air safety legislation, regulatory environments
• Language skills:
• English TOIEC 600 or graduated from English major
• Soft skills:
• Problem and situation dealing and solving
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Communication and delegation skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with others building positive relationships
• Demonstrate people management skills in operationally driven environment
• Computer skills:
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, e.g., Excel, power point and the ability to apply computer software to improve business delivery and reporting
• Other Requirements:
• High responsibility
• Self-disciplines, able to work independently and within a team
• Willing to have business travel when required
