Trien khai cac du an chuyen doi so, so hoa quy trinh nghiep vu, tich hop he thong va cai tien trai nghiem nguoi dung tren cac he thong phuc vu dao tao, tuyen sinh, quan ly hoc vien va van hanh noi bo.

Dieu phoi hoat dong van hanh CNTT hang ngay, bao gom giam phan mem noi bo va cac he thong phuc vu dao tao, ghi nhan loi, tong hop yeu cau cai tien va phoi hop kiem tra ket qua xu ly Quan ly, phan loai, dieu phoi va theo doi tien do xu ly cac yeu cau ho tro ky thuat, su co he thong, loi phan mem, yeu cau tai khoan va cac van de phat sinh tu nguoi dung.

Phoi hop voi nha cung cap, doi tac ky thuat trong viec xu ly loi, bao tri, nang cap he thong, theo doi canh bao bao mat, ghi nhan su co va ho tro kiem soat tuan thu an toan thong tin.

Tong hop so lieu, lap bao cao van hanh CNTT, quan ly tai lieu, quy trinh, checklist, huong dan su dung va de xuat cac bien phap cai tien nham nang cao chat luong ho tro nguoi dung va tinh on dinh cua he thong.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Implement digital transformation projects, business process digitization, system integration and user experience improvement across systems supporting training, admissions, learner management and internal operations.

Coordinate daily IT operations, including monitoring internal softwares and training-related systems, record issues, consolidate improvement requests and coordinate result checking.

Manage, classify, coordinate and monitor the handling progress of technical support requests, system incidents, software errors, account requests and user-related issues Coordinate with vendors, technical partners and SOC provider in troubleshooting, system maintenance, upgrades, security alert monitoring, incident recording and support of information security compliance control.

Consolidate data, prepare IT operation reports, manage documents, procedures, checklists, user guidelines and propose improvement measures to enhance user support quality and system stability.

Co toi thieu 3 den 5 nam kinh nghiem trong linh vuc CNTT.

Co kinh nghiem tham gia trien khai phan mem, tich hop he thong, so hoa quy trinh hoac cac du an chuyen doi so. Uu tien ung vien co kinh nghiem voi LMS (Learning Management System), TMS (Training Management System), e-Learning, Admissions System hoac cac he thong phuc vu dao tao.

Co hieu biet co ban ve AI ung dung, phan tich du lieu, BI Dashboard, Cloud, API, bao mat thong tin va quan tri du lieu.

Co kha nang phan tich yeu cau nghiep vu, phoi hop voi cac phong ban va nha cung cap, kiem thu, nghiem thu va ho tro nguoi dung sau trien khai.

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security or related fields.

Candidates with certifications or training in digital transformation, data analytics, applied AI, IT project management, ITIL, Cloud or information security are preferred.

Candidates with professional certificates in system administration, networking, security, IT service management or project management are preferred

Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology.

Experience in

software implementation, system integration, process digitization or digital transformation projects. Experience with LMS, TMS, e-Learning, Admissions System or training-related systems is preferred.

Basic understanding of applied AI, data analytics, BI Dashboard, Cloud, API, information security and data governance.

Ability to analyze business Requirements, coordinate with departments and vendors, conduct testing, support acceptance and assist users after implementation.

Have experience coordinating or supervising an IT technical team.

Have experience operating internal software or enterprise management systems.

Have experience in user support, technical incident handling and coordination with IT vendors.

Candidates with experience in aviation, training, education or organizations requiring high system stability and security are preferred.

" Have basic understanding of applied AI in business and training, including chatbots, document processing automation, learner data analytics, assessment support, learning personalization and intelligent reporting.

Have basic

knowledge of data and data analytics, including data collection, data

Have understanding of system integration through APIs, SSO, database connections or data exchange methods among LMS, TMS, DMS, BI and internal systems.

Ability to work with vendors to clarify business Requirements, technical Requirements, data flows, acceptance criteria and post-implementation operation plans.

Have knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, backup, Wi-Fi, endpoint devices and system services.

Ability to work with English technical documents, software vendors and technology partners in system implementation projects.

Candidates with TOEIC 600 or equivalent are preferred.
