Job Description

• Kiem soat qui dinh phuc vu theo dung tieu chuan cong viec dam bao hoat dong cua don vi dat hieu qua cao
• Giam sat chat che viec tac nghiep cua nhan vien nham dam bao tat ca nhan vien trong doi quan ly phai tuan thu cac quy dinh, quy che ve an ninh an toan trong hoat dong khai thac.
• Khi duoc cap tren yeu cau, bao cao hoat dong cua doi nhom cho Truong phong phuc vu san do nham chan chinh kip thoi nhung sai sot co the xay ra;
• Can cu vao lich bay phan cong cong tac cho nhan vien trong doi dam bao nhan su phuc vu phu hop theo tieu chuan;
• Phoi hop voi cac bo phan lien quan de thuc hien nhiem vu duoc giao luon dat hieu qua cao;
• Tham muu cho Doi truong trong viec lap ke hoach, phan tich hoat dong cua doi nham dam bao an toan va nang cao chat luong dich vu.
• Tham gia huong dan dao tao chuyen mon nghiep vu cho nhan vien cap duoi nham han che nhung sai sot trong qua trinh phuc vu;
• Theo su phan cong cua Doi truong , thuc hien cham cong va danh gia nhan xet chat luong phuc vu nhan vien theo dinh ky;
• Tuan thu tuyet doi cac quy dinh, quy trinh an toan suc khoe lao dong
• Thuc hien cac nhiem vu cua Doi truong khi Doi truong vang mat va cac nhiem vu khac do cap tren giao.

• Control service procedures base on the work standard to assure the quality of the division's activities.
• Supervise staff performance to ensure all staffs must follow the safety/security's regulations in operations.
• When requested by the leaders, report the team's activities to Ramp service Manager in order to timely correct the possible mistakes.
• Assign tasks for the staff in a shift base on the flight schedule to assure the suitable positions for staff according to the standards.
• Coordinate with the related divisions to assure the the quality of the assigned tasks
• Assist the Team Leader in planning, evaluating the team's activities to maintain the safety and develop the service quality
• Participate in guiding, training the new staff and the lower level staff in order to limit the possible mistakes during the service process.
• When requested by the Team Leader, do the timekeeping and appraise the staff's service quality commentaries periodically.
• Strictly comply with policies, procedures of OH&S
• Perform duties of Team Leader when Team Leader is absent and other duties as assigned by upper level manager.

• Kinh nghiem:
• Co it nhat 3-5 nam kinh nghiem lam viec trong san do (trong do co It nhat 3 nam lam quan ly van hanh TTB)
• Ky nang tieng anh:
• Tieng Anh TOEIC 400 hoac tuong duong tro len
• Tuoi tac:
• Nam: Tuoi tu 25-45
• Yeu cau khac:
• Bang lai xe C tro len, co nang dinh chung chi van hanh trang thiet bi mat dat.
• Co suc khoe tot, co kha nang lam viec trong moi truong ap luc, nang nong va tieng on
• San sang lam viec theo ca.
• Can than, trung thuc va trach nhiem, tinh than giup do trong cong viec.
• Suy nghi tich cuc

• Education:
• Graduated with Bachelor or above
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the ramp (at least 3 years experience in management)
• Language Skills:
• English TOEIC 400 or above
• Age
• Male: Age: 25-45 years old
• Other Requirements:
• Driver's license grade C or higher, GSE Operator Certificate
• Good health, be able to work under pressure, in a hot and noisy environment
• Willing to work by shift
• Careful, honest, responsible & teamwork
• Positive thinking
