Job Description

Quan ly va van hanh kho vat tu, dam bao quy trinh tiep nhan, luu kho, cap phat va phan phoi vat tu hieu qua.
Thuc hien nhiem vu truc kho ngoai gio hanh chinh, cuoi tuan va ho tro cac yeu cau khan cap (AOG).
Duy tri dieu kien bao quan, an toan, ve sinh kho theo tieu chuan nganh hang khong va yeu cau cua co quan quan ly.
Quan ly xuat/nhap kho, kiem ke, cap nhat ton kho va theo doi toan bo giao dich tren he thong AMOS hoac quy trinh thu cong khi can.
Phoi hop voi cac bo phan Ke hoach, Mua hang va Bao duong de dam bao vat tu luon san sang phuc vu hoat dong khai thac va bao duong.
Theo doi muc ton kho, xu ly cac sai lech, ho tro lap ke hoach cung ung vat tu va duy tri chat luong dich vu.
Tuan thu cac quy trinh ve chat luong, an toan, an ninh va tham gia cac buoi hop giao ban cua bo phan.
Duoc dao tao va thuc hien dung cac quy trinh lien quan den quan ly vat tu, kiem tra dau vao, ESDS va ATA300.
Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, issuance, and distribution of aircraft materials and spare parts.
Perform Store Duty Officer Key Responsibilities after office hours, on weekends, and support urgent AOG requests.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and storage conditions in compliance with aviation industry standards and airworthiness Requirements.
Handle inventory transactions, stock control, cycle counts, and material movements through the AMOS system or manual procedures when required.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely material availability for operational and maintenance needs.
Monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and support material provisioning to maintain smooth operations.
Comply with quality, safety, security, and housekeeping procedures while participating in daily or weekly operational briefings.
Ensure proper knowledge and compliance with material handling procedures, including incoming inspection, ESDS, and ATA300 Requirements.s

Ky nang mem:
Co kha nang lam viec duoi ap luc cao

7.Yeu cau khac:

Hieu biet ve AI va ky nang su dung cong nghe so co ban
Education:
Vocational diploma or higher, majoring in Technical, Supply, Warehouse will be preferred
Experience:
Preference for those with prior experience in a similar position in aviation
Background in aircraft mechanical and VAR Requirements will be an advantage
Professional knowledge/skills:
Excellent knowledge of inventory management and spares standard
Language skills:
Good English communication skills
English certificate: TOEIC 300+ or equivalent
Computer skills:
Proficient in MS Office, AMOS is preferable
Soft skills

Able to work under high pressure
Self-disciplined; able to work effectively in a team

Possess knowledge of basic AI or Digital Literacy
