Job Description

Cong tac hanh chinh:
Thu giu cac don nghi, yeu cau lam ngoai gio va cac chung tu khac tu nhan vien Phong Bao duong. Xac thuc va trinh len cap quan ly phe duyet
Soan bien ban hop tuan cua don vi
Quan ly va sap xep kho chung tu hop ly
Quan ly kho dung cu/ thiet bi/bao ho lao dong/dong phuc ... cap cho nhan vien Bao duong
Dat mua van phong pham va cac don hang khac theo yeu cau cua truong Bo phan
Cham cong:
Chuan bi lich lam viec nhap va cap nhat don nghi da duoc duyet, gui PGD Bao duong 3 ngay truoc khi bat dau thang moi
Chuan bi ban cham cong, tong hop nghi va gui Phong Nhan su vao ngay 22 moi thang
Theo doi va cap nhat tinh hinh nhan su Bao duong
Chi tra:
Soan cac bieu mau hanh chinh va de xuat theo yeu cau cua lanh dao Phong
Tien hanh chi tra hoa don hang thang va cac chi phi khac theo phe duyet cua lanh dao Phong
Nhiem vu khac:
Thuc hien cac cong viec khac theo chi dinh cua cap tren
Administrative tasks:
Collect Annual leave, Compensation leave, Overtime request and other paperwork from Line maintenance staffs. Perform verification then proceed to related managers for approval.
Compose weekly maintenance meeting minutes
Manage and store documents neatly
Manage and store tools/ equipment, protective clothing, uniforms ... for maintenance staff
Order stationery monthly and others as requested from managers

2.Rostering:

Prepare draft roster and updating approved leave request, send to Deputy Maintenance Director 3 days prior to the beginning of next month.
Prepare detailed timesheet, leave summary and send to People Department on every 22th of each month
Follow and update line maintenance personnel
Payment processing:
Compose office correspondence and statement as requested
Settle monthly bill payments and other fees with approval of managers
Others:
Perform other tasks assigned by managers

Kien thuc/Ky nang chuyen mon:
Co kien thuc tot ve phan mem Microsoft va ke toan
Ngoai ngu:
Ky nang giao tiep tieng Anh tot, TOEIC 450 tro len
Yeu cau khac:
Hoc nhanh cac khai niem ky thuat, anh van ky thuat, phan mem quan ly tau bay, tuan thu quy trinh
Hoc hoi nhanh, kha nang xu ly tinh huong, giai quyet mau thuan, kien nhan, quyet doan, dinh huong ket qua
Biet cach sap xep cong viec theo thu tu uu tien, co kha nang dua ra quyet dinh bao quat, huong den phat trien ben vung,
Hieu biet ve AI va ky nang su dung cong nghe so co ban
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
Certain experience in technical jobs/admin/accounting
Professional knowledge/skills:
Extensive knowledge of using Microsoft Office/accounting software
Language skills:
Good English communication skills with minimum TOEIC score of 450
Other Requirements:
Quickly acquire technical knowledge, technical english, aircraft managing software and procedures
Be adaptable, patient, decisive, result oriented and able to solve problems and manage conflicts
Be able to set expectations, set priorities, thrive in ambiguity, make inclusive decisions
Possess knowledge of basic AI or Digital Literacy
