Job Description

• Ho tro hoat dong bao duong:
• Bao cao cho MCC Duty Manager ve cac viec ngoai chuc nang hoac cac van de chua duoc giai quyet phat sinh trong ca truc
• Truc tiep ho tro LMD thuc hien khac phuc cac hong hoc kho, keo dai
• Ho tro va tu van cho ky su bao duong cac giai phap de khac phuc su cac hong hoc tren tau bay trong qua trinh khai thac hoac cac hong hoc dang duoc tri hoan
• Truc tiep tham gia vao cac cuoc danh gia do QA cua Cong ty hoac Danh gia vien co tham quyen thuc hien va ho tro cac ky su bao tri trong cac hanh dong khac phuc de khac phuc moi phat hien
• Cac nhiem vu khac:
• Ho tro hoat dong bao duong ngoai truong 24/7
• Truc tiep tham gia bao duong tau bay khi can
• Ho tro MCC Controller de kiem tra lai tinh chinh xac cua cac ADD tren AMOS
• Kiem tra lai cac ADD Notice & Spare Request nhan tu MCC Controller hoac tu nhan vien PPC truoc khi trinh MCC Manager, Deputy MCC Manager va MCC Duty Manager phe duyet

1.Support of maintenance activities:

• Report to MCC Duty Manager about out-of-function or unresolved issues that arise during the shift
• Directly support LMD to perform troubleshooting for persistent defects
• Support and advise maintenance engineers on troubleshooting solutions for defects on aircraft during operation or deferred defects
• Directly involve in audits carried out by Company's QA or authority auditors and assist maintenance engineers in corrective actions to rectify any findings
• Other tasks:
• Support the line maintenance activities 24/7
• Participate directly to aircraft maintenance operations when required to support the Line Maintenance activities within the scope of the granted authorizations
• Verify the accuracy of ADD updates in AMOS when MCC Tech Support staff is assigned by the Duty Manager to work in the position of MCC Controller
• Crosscheck ADD notice & Spare Request received from MCC Controller or PPC staff before submitting to the Deputy Maintenance Director, MCC Manager, Deputy MCC Manager or MCC Duty Manager for approval

Job Requirement

• Hoc van:
• Tot nghiep Dai hoc chuyen nganh Dien, Dien tu, Co khi hoac cac chuyen nganh lien quan
• Kinh nghiem:
• La Ky su duoc uy quyen B1 hoac B2 cua QA Cong ty
• Kien thuc/Ky nang chuyen mon:
• Hieu cac quy dinh cua Luat Hang khong Viet Nam va cac quy trinh hoat dong (SOP) cua Vietjet
• Co kha nang quan ly va phoi hop cac hoat dong bao duong
• Ngoai ngu:
• Ky nang giao tiep tieng Anh, TOEIC toi thieu 450
• Co kha nang doc hieu va phan tich tai lieu ky thuat
• Yeu cau khac:
• Kha nang thuyet phuc, doan ket, phat trien tu duy lanh dao, phat trien ban than
• Co kha nang lam viec hieu qua duoi su chi dan, xay dung van hoa lam viec trach nhiem
• Co the lam viec ngoai gio, chiu ap luc cong viec, suc khoe tot.
• Hieu biet ve phan tich du lieu, AI ung dung hoac tu dong hoa.
• Education:
• University graduate with a degree in Aviation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related major
• Experience:
• Be authorized as a B1 or B2 certifier by the QAM of Company
• Professional knowledge/skills:
• Have good understanding of the Requirements of Vietnam Air Legislation and Vietjet Air's SOPs
• Control & co-ordinate of line and base maintenance activities
• Language skills:
• Good English communication skills with minimum TOEIC score of 450
• Be able to read, understand and analyze technical documents written in English
• Other Requirements:
• Be able to negotiate, create unity, develop themselves with an open mindset
• Be able to work effectively under supervision and create a culture of accountability
• Be able to work overtime when required and work under high pressure
• Have good health.
• Possess knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or automation
