Muc tieu cong viec

Chiu trach nhiem truc tiep xu ly cac van de phap ly tong quat va chuyen sau, dac biet lien quan den hop dong, tuan thu va hop tac voi doi tac nuoc ngoai. Muc tieu nham dam bao moi hoat dong cua Cong ty dien ra an toan, hieu qua va tuan thu dung quy dinh phap luat trong nuoc cung nhu quoc te.

Mo ta cong viec

• Soan thao, ra soat va quan ly cac loai hop dong trong nuoc va quoc te (dich vu, thuong mai, thue, mua, hop tac...); dam bao tinh phap ly va quyen loi cho Cong ty.
• Nghien cuu, tu van cac van de phap ly phat sinh trong qua trinh khai thac, kinh doanh, dau tu va van hanh cua Cong ty.
• Phoi hop chat che voi cac phong ban chuyen mon (khai thac, ky thuat, tai chinh, thuong mai, nhan su...) de giai quyet cac van de phap ly lien quan.
• Chu dong lam viec, thuong thao va trao doi voi doi tac, nha cung cap, phoi hop voi luat su quoc te tu van luat nuoc ngoai bang tieng Anh; tham gia dam phan, ky ket cac hop dong quoc te.
• Theo doi, cap nhat kip thoi cac quy dinh phap luat lien quan den linh vuc hang khong, thuong mai, doanh nghiep, dau tu de chu dong ung pho va tu van cho Ban lanh dao.
• Ho tro xu ly tranh chap, khieu nai, giai quyet cac vu viec voi co quan Nha nuoc hoac doi tac theo su phan cong cua cap tren.
• Thuc hien cac nhiem vu phap ly khac theo yeu cau cua Giam doc Phap che hoac Ban lanh dao Cong ty.

Job Objective

Be a key legal professional, directly responsible for handling both general and specialized legal matters, particularly those related to contracts, compliance, and cooperation with international partners. The objective is to ensure that all company activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with domestic and international laws.

Job Description

• Draft, review, and manage domestic and international contracts (service, commercial, lease, purchase, cooperation, etc.); ensure legal validity and protect the Company's interests.
• Research and provide legal advice on issues arising during the Company's operations, business, investment, and management.
• Collaborate closely with specialized departments (operations, engineering, finance, commerce, human resources, etc.) to resolve related legal matters.
• Proactively work, negotiate, and communicate with partners and suppliers; coordinate with international lawyers to consult on foreign laws in English; participate in negotiations and signing of international contracts.
• Monitor and update relevant legal regulations in aviation, commerce, corporate, and investment fields to provide timely advice to the Board of Management.
• Support dispute resolution, complaints, and handle cases with State authorities or partners as assigned by superiors.
• Perform other legal tasks as required by the Head of Legal or the Company's Board of Management.

Job Requirement

• Tot nghiep Dai hoc Luat (uu tien ung vien co co bang Thac si luat, kinh nghiem lam viec tai cac doanh nghiep lon hoac hang luat lon trong nuoc va quoc te).
• Uu tien co chung chi hanh nghe luat su
• Co toi thieu 02 nam kinh nghiem thuc te trong linh vuc phap ly doanh nghiep hoac lam viec tai cac cong ty luat.
• Ky nang tieng Anh tot, dap ung cac yeu cau: doc, hieu va soan thao hop dong, tai lieu phap ly bang tieng Anh va giao tiep, lam viec va thuong thao chuyen mon voi doi tac nuoc ngoai.
• Uu tien ung vien co chung chi IELTS tu 6.5 tro len hoac tuong duong.
• Tu duy phap ly vung vang, can trong, kha nang lam viec doc lap va phoi hop nhom hieu qua.
• Chiu duoc ap luc cong viec cao, co tinh than trach nhiem, dao duc nghe nghiep tot va kha nang thich ung nhanh voi moi truong thay doi.
• Ky nang giao tiep, quan ly thoi gian va giai quyet van de tot.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree in Law and experience in large enterprises or major domestic/international law firms preferred).
• Lawyer practicing certificate required.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in corporate legal affairs or law firm practice.
• Strong English skills, including: - Ability to read, understand, and draft contracts and legal documents in English and ability to communicate, work, and negotiate professionally with foreign partners.
• IELTS 6.5 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Solid legal reasoning, meticulousness, ability to work independently and effectively in teams.
• Ability to work under high pressure, with strong responsibility, professional ethics, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
