Job Description

Phat hien, xac dinh va kiem tra cac hu hong ket cau trong qua trinh bao duong
Danh gia tinh trang hu hong va tien hanh sua chua theo Huong dan sua chua ket cau (SRM)
Lien he Phong Ky thuat, gui kem bao cao hu hong ket cau yeu cau ho tro them trong truong hop tim thay phuong an sua chua phu hop trong SRM
Sua chua cac hu hong ket cau khong duoc de cap trong SRM theo huong dan cua Phong Ky thuat
Thuc hien sua chua dung theo phan cong, dong thoi dam bao hieu suat, chat luong
Lien tuc cap nhat thoi gian sua chua, yeu cau sua chua va thong tin bo phan duoc sua chua tren may tinh
Tham gia vao tat ca cac cuoc hop ve an toan, cac buoi dao tao va cac cuoc hop nhom
Hoan thien cac cong viec theo bang phan cong hang ngay, tien hanh bao cao hang tuan theo yeu cau
Phoi hop voi cac ky su sua chua cau truc cap cao de kiem tra cac bo phan can sua chua
Thuong xuyen trao doi tinh trang sua chua voi nguoi quan ly san xuat
Trao doi cong viec hieu qua voi cac cong tac vien, nha cung cap va doi tac cua phan xuong
Giu gin va bao quan tat ca cac trang thiet bi trong phan xuong

Inspect, detect and identify structure problems/damages in maintenance
Evaluate and perform structure repairs which are mentioned in Structural Repair Manual (SRM)
Send technical assistance request together with the SDR to Technical Division in case the damage repair is not given in the SRM
Repair structure damages which are not mentioned in SRM in accordance with instructions from Technical Department
Perform assigned work while maintaining efficiency, target, and quality standards
Maintain all safe work practices/rules, work orders and record repairs correctly
Maintain accurate records (time, repair orders, and parts usage) on the computer
Participate in all safety meetings, training Requirements, and team meetings
Complete work cards, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Work with the senior engineers to inspect and validate repair parts
Inform the production manager about statuses of repair frequently
Interface with store associates, suppliers, and customers in a respectful and effective manner
Look after diligently and maintain all the tools in the shop
Perform other tasks assigned by Aircraft Structure Team Leader

Kinh nghiem:
Toi thieu 1 nam kinh nghiem lam ky su sua chua cau truc tau bay
Ngoai ngu:
Ky nang giao tiep tieng Anh tot, chung chi TOEIC toi thieu 500 diem hoac tuong duong (IELTS 4.0, TOEFL IBT 52, TOEFL CBT 150)
Ky nang tin hoc van phong:
Thanh thao tin hoc van phong
Yeu cau khac:
Ti mi, can than
Tuan thu qui dinh ve bao duong, sua chua cau truc
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related majors
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in practical aircraft structure repair engineer
Language skills:
Good English communication skills with minimum TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent (IELTS 4.0, TOEFL IBT 52, TOEFL CBT 150)
Computer skills:
Proficient computer literacy
Other Requirements:
Essential attributes: Careful, punctilious
Absolute compliance with regulations and policies
