Job Description

• Giam sat & Kiem soat chat luong:
• Thuc hien kiem tra, audit va giam sat cac hoat dong bao duong tau bay/linh kien nham dam bao tuan thu tai lieu duoc phe chuan, quy dinh CAAV VAR va tieu chuan VJC.
• Thuc hien danh gia va giam sat doi voi tau bay, linh kien, co so vat chat, hangar, line station, dung cu, thiet bi, GSE va quy trinh quan ly vat tu.
• Giam sat truc tiep cac hoat dong bao duong dang dien ra.
• Danh gia va hanh dong khac phuc:
• Nhan dien, ghi nhan va bao cao cac sai lech kem bang chung.
• Lap bao cao kiem tra, danh gia theo yeu cau cua MQA.
• De xuat, theo doi, xac minh nham dam bao hoan tat dung han va danh gia hieu qua cac hanh dong khac phuc/phong ngua da duoc trien khai.
• Danh gia va phe chuan ky thuat:
• Ra soat cac de nghi lien quan den gia cong linh kien va dung cu thay the/tu che.
• Danh gia bao cao tu danh gia truoc khi bo sung loai tau bay, mo rong line station hoac cap nhat danh muc pham vi cong viec (LoSOW).
• Cung cap y kien va khuyen nghi ky thuat cho Quality Control Manager va MQA.
• Dieu tra su co va phoi hop:
• Tham gia dieu tra su co tau bay va loi bao duong theo phan cong.
• Phoi hop voi bo phan Safety, Security & Compliance trong cac cuoc dieu tra lien quan den chat luong bao duong.
• Ho tro phan tich nguyen nhan goc re va xay dung bien phap khac phuc.
• Bao cao va nhiem vu khac:
• Bao cao cac van de chat luong bao duong cho Quality Control Manager va MQA Director thong qua hop va bao cao dinh ky.
• Ho tro trien khai va cai tien chuong trinh kiem tra/giam sat.
• Thuc hien cac nhiem vu khac theo phan cong cua MQA Director.
• Quality Control & Surveillance:
• Conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance of aircraft and component maintenance activities to ensure compliance with approved maintenance data, CAAV VARs, and VJC standards.
• Perform product audits and surveillance on aircraft, components, facilities, hangars, line stations, tools, equipment, GSE, and material control processes.
• Monitor ongoing maintenance activities to ensure proper procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Audit & Corrective Action

• Identify, record, and report non-conformities with objective evidence.
• Prepare inspection and audit reports in accordance with MQA Requirements.
• Propose, monitor, verify to ensure timely completion and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented corrective and preventive actions.
• Technical Review & Approval:
• Review applications related to part fabrication and alternate/fabricated tools.
• Evaluate self-assessment reports prior to aircraft type addition, line station expansion, or updating the List of Scope of Work LoSOW .
• Provide technical recommendations to Quality Control Manager and MQA Director.
• Occurrence Investigation & Coordination:
• Participate in investigations of aircraft incidents and maintenance errors as assigned.
• Coordinate with Safety, Security & Compliance during maintenance-related investigations related to maintenance quality.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action development.
• Reporting & Other Duties:
• Report maintenance quality issues to management Quality Control Manager and MQA Director through meetings and reports.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of inspection programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the MQA Director.

• Kinh nghiem:
• Toi thieu 05 nam kinh nghiem trong linh vuc bao duong tau bay.
• Co chung chi hanh nghe bao duong tau bay hieu luc.
• Uu tien co kinh nghiem thuc hien audit, inspection, surveillance trong moi truong AMO.
• Co kinh nghiem line maintenance va base maintenance la loi the.
• Kien thuc chuyen nganh:
• Co kien thuc, nen tang ve hoat dong bao duong, kiem tra tau bay.
• Hieu ro va thich ung he thong Dam bao chat luong cua VJC.
• Hieu ro cac hoat dong va quy trinh an toan, chat luong, ky thuat cua VJC.
• Hieu ro cac yeu cau va quy dinh ve bao duong tau bay cua Cuc HKVN, ICAO, IOSA, va cac nha chuc trach HK lon nhu EASA, FAA.
• Ngon ngu:
• Giao tiep Tieng anh thanh thao.
• Chung chi Tieng anh: Toeic 500+ hoac tuong duong.
• Ky nang tin hoc:
• Su dung thanh thao phan mem Microsoft Office ( Words, Excel, PowerPoint) .
• Yeu cau khac:
• Hieu biet ve phan tich du lieu, AI ung dung hoac tu dong hoa.
• Co ky nang phan tich, dieu tra va xac dinh nguyen nhan goc re tot.
• Ky nang lap bao cao, tai lieu va trinh bay ro rang.
• Co kha nang lam viec doc lap, chiu ap luc va lam viec trong moi truong da van hoa.
• Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Experience:
• At least 05 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Hold a valid aircraft maintenance license.
• Experience in audit, inspection, or surveillance activities within an AMO environment is preferred.
• Exposure to line maintenance and base maintenance operations is an advantage.
• Specific knowledge:
• Have a background and knowledge in aircraft maintenance and inspection activities.
• Definite understanding and adaptation of VJC's QA system and organization.
• Knowledges of safety, quality, maintenance procedures and activities.
• Comprehensive understanding of maintenance Requirements and regulation issued by CAAV, ICAO, IOSA and major NAA (e.g. FAA, EASA).
• Language skills:
• Proficient in English communication.
• English certificate: Toeic 500+ or equivalent.
• Computer skills:
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office ( Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Other Requirements:
• Possess knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or automation.
• Strong analytical, investigation, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a multicultural environment.
