Job Description

Quan tri, van hanh va giam sat he thong mang, may chu, luu tru, ao hoa, cloud va cac dich vu ha tang CNTT.

Ho tro nguoi dung cuoi/bo phan.

Khac phuc su co ha tang, he thong may chu.

Bao cao cho Truong nhom.

Bao tri he thong va mang.

Nghien cuu va danh gia cac cong nghe ha tang moi, de xuat cai tien cho cac he thong hien co.

Ho tro CNTT van phong.

Bao tri dinh ky he thong may chu va ha tang.

Phoi hop chat che voi cac nhom CNTT khac de lap ke hoach va trien khai cac du an va nang cap ha tang.

Khac

Cac cong viec khac do Quan ly truc tiep giao pho ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Administer, operate, and monitor network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, and other IT infrastructure systems to ensure their stability, security, and availability.

Support end-user/department.

Troubleshooting infrastructure, server systems.

Reporting to the Leader.

System and Network maintenance.

Research and evaluate new infrastructure technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Office IT support.

Periodic maintenance of server systems and infrastructure.

Work closely with other IT team to plan and implement infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Others

Other assignments from the direct Manager.

Job Requirement

• Trinh do chuyen mon:

Tot nghiep Dai hoc chuyen nganh Cong nghe thong tin, Mang may tinh, An toan thong tin hoac cac nganh lien quan.

• Trinh do Tieng Anh:

TOEIC 500+.

• Kinh nghiem:

Co toi thieu 3 nam kinh nghiem trong quan tri ha tang CNTT, mang, may chu, thiet bi dau cuoi hoac ho tro ky thuat.

Co kinh nghiem van hanh he thong mang, may chu, firewall, Wi-Fi, backup, antivirus, endpoint management va cac dich vu CNTT noi bo.

Uu tien ung vien co kinh nghiem voi cloud, ao hoa, monitoring, SOC, bao mat he thong hoac ha tang phuc vu dao tao.

Co kha nang doc hieu tai lieu ky thuat tieng Anh va lam viec voi nha cung cap/doi tac ky thuat.

Kien thuc chuyen nganh Co kien thuc ve he thong mang LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewall, VPN va bao mat mang co ban.

Co hieu biet ve may chu, he dieu hanh Windows/Linux, ao hoa, luu tru, backup, restore va giam sat he thong.

Co kha nang quan ly thiet bi dau cuoi, tai khoan nguoi dung, phan quyen truy cap, ban va he thong va phan mem bao mat.

Co hieu biet co ban ve cloud, automation, monitoring tools, IT service management va cac tieu chuan bao mat CNTT.

Kha nang am hieu Hieu vai tro cua ha tang CNTT trong viec dam bao hoat dong dao tao, quan ly hoc vien, van hanh lop hoc, he thong LMS/TMS va cac dich vu noi bo cua Hoc vien.

Co kha nang nhan dien nhu cau ha tang, ket noi, bao mat va thiet bi de ho tro hieu qua cho cac phong ban va du an CNTT.

Hieu tam quan trong cua tinh on dinh, bao mat, sao luu, khoi phuc va tinh lien tuc cua he thong trong moi truong dao tao hang khong.

• Yeu cau khac:

Diem TOEIC tu 500 tro len.

Chu dong, trach nhiem, can than va co tinh than phuc vu nguoi dung.

Co kha nang lam viec doc lap, phoi hop nhom va xu ly su co duoi ap luc.

San sang ho tro ngoai gio khi co su co he thong hoac yeu cau van hanh quan trong.

Co tinh than hoc hoi, cap nhat cong nghe moi va cai tien ha tang CNTT.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Security, or a related field.

2.

English proficiency

TOEIC 500+.

3.

Job-related experience

At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, network, servers, endpoints or technical support.

Experience in

operating networks, servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, backup, antivirus, endpoint management and internal IT services.

Experience with

cloud, virtualization, monitoring, SOC, system security, or training-related infrastructure is preferred.

Ability to read English technical documents and work with vendors/technical partners.

• Specific knowledge:

Knowledge of LAN/WAN,

Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewall, VPN and basic network security.

Understanding of servers, Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization, storage, backup, restore and system monitoring.

Ability to manage endpoints, user accounts, access rights, system patches and security software.

Basic understanding of cloud, automation, monitoring tools, IT service management and IT security standards.

• Business

understanding

Understand the role of IT infrastructure in supporting training operations, learner management, classroom operations, LMS/TMS systems and internal services of the Academy.

Ability to identify infrastructure, connectivity, security and equipment needs to effectively support departments and IT projects.

Understand the importance of stability, security, backup, recovery and system continuity in an aviation training environment.

• Other

Requirements

Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and user-service minded.

Able to work independently, collaborate with teams and troubleshoot under pressure Willing to provide after-hours support in case of system incidents or critical operational
