Job Description

• Ra soat, xay dung he thong tai lieu va bao cao
• Ho tro soan thao cac chinh sach, quy trinh ve kiem tra, quan tri rui ro tai Cong ty, chi nhanh va cac don vi truc thuoc
• Phan tich, xay dung cac chi so rui ro lien quan den hoat dong kinh doanh cua Cong ty
• Ra soat he thong cac quy trinh noi bo cua cac phong ban, dam bao tinh hop ly, kha thi va tinh nhat quan
• Ho tro danh gia va quan ly rui ro trong moi hoat dong cua Cong ty
• Dam bao cac he thong kiem soat, quan tri rui ro duoc thiet lap, thuc hien va duy tri mot cach co hieu qua
• Lap bao cao kiem soat nhung mat can khac phuc cua cac don vi va theo doi cong tac khac phuc
• Ho tro viec lap bao cao Quan tri Rui ro theo dinh ky hang thang/quy/nam
• To chuc noi bo
• Ho tro Giam doc/Pho Giam doc de giai quyet cac van de phat sinh lien quan den he thong Quan tri Rui ro Cong ty
• Don doc, giam sat cac phong ban thuc hien cac yeu cau ve viec cai tien quy trinh hay khac phuc dua tren cac bao cao va danh gia cua kiem soat noi bo
• Dua ra nhung y kien nham cai tien va nang cao hieu qua trong hoat dong kinh doanh cua cac don vi
• Kiem tra giam sat
• Ho tro kiem soat viec tuan thu quy trinh nghiep vu cua cac bo phan kinh doanh va cua nhan vien nghiep vu co lien quan nham dam bao cac chi so rui ro o muc chap nhan
• Tham gia cong tac kiem toan noi bo bao cao tai chinh
• Dinh ky tham gia cong tac kiem tra, kiem soat noi bo tai cac don vi theo su chi dao cua cap quan ly truc tiep
• Ho tro nhan dinh, phan tich, danh gia cac rui ro tac dong den hoat dong cua Cong ty va cac giai phap cai thien
• Khac
• Xu ly cac su viec bat thuong
• Tu van/ho tro xay dung quy trinh/quy dinh cho cac phong ban khac
• Cac cong viec khac do Quan ly truc tiep giao pho

• Reviewing/building the data system and reporting
• Supporting to prepare policies, audit procedures, the risk management system in the Company/subsidiaries
• Supporting to analyze, build the risk indicators/risk ratios related to business of Company
• Reviewing the internal control system of departments to ensure the reasonableness, feasibility and consistency
• Supporting to evaluate and manage risk in all activities of Company
• Ensuring the risk management system is established, implemented effectively
• Preparing the findings report and following up on corrective actions
• Supporting to prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly audit report
• Administration tasks
• Providing support to the Director/Deputy Director in resolving cases related to the risk management system of the company
• Supervising the implementation of the requirement for improving process or overcome based on internal control finding report
• Proposing the suggestion to improve and enhance the effectiveness of operation
• Auditing tasks
• Evaluating the compliance of policies/SOP of departments in order to ensure the risk indicators/risk ratios is acceptable level
• Participating the internal audit of financial report
• Periodically participate to perform the internal audit under the direction of Head
• Supporting to identify, analyze, evaluate the risk affect to operation of Company and suggest solution to improve
• Others
• Handling the abnormal cases
• Consulting/supporting to prepare SOP/Regular for other departments
• Other assignments from the direct Manager

Job Requirement

• Hoc van:
• Tot nghiep Dai hoc tro len-chuyen nganh Tai chinh/Ke toan/Kiem toan/Quan tri Kinh doanh
• Kinh nghiem:
• Toi thieu 1-3 nam kinh nghiem tai cac cong ty Kiem toan (Uu tien Big 4) hoac co kinh nghiem lam viec tai cac cong ty nuoc ngoai o vi tri tuong duong
• Kien thuc chuyen nganh:
• Tai chinh/Ke toan/Kiem toan
• Ngoai ngu:
• Ky nang tieng Anh tot: TOEIC 600 tro len hoac tuong duong; hoac tot nghiep nganh Ngon ngu Anh
• Yeu cau khac:
• Su dung thanh thao Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Viso), (Uu tien Power BI/R Tool/Python/SQL)
• Co kha nang tong hop, thong ke, phan tich, xu ly so lieu tot, ky nang lam viec doc lap/nhom
• Nam bat nhanh va ham hoc hoi

• Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing/Business Administration
• Job related experience:
• At least 1-3 years' experience in the Audit firms (Priority Big 4) or have experience working in foreign companies at relevant position
• Specific knowledge:
• Finance/Accounting/Auditing
• Languages skill:
• Proficient English skills: TOEIC with a minimum score of 600 or equivalent; or Bachelor's Degree in English
• Other requirements:
• Advanced computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Viso), (Priority Power BI/R Tool/Python/ SQL)
• Skill in Individual and Team work
• Quick to comprehend and eager to acquire knowledge
