Job Description
Xay dung, cap nhat chuong trinh dao tao, giao trinh, giao an, ngan hang de thi, tai lieu lien quan dap ung day du cho cac mon hoc thuoc Bo mon.
Thuc hien cong tac giang day: giang day, to chuc kiem tra, cham thi... Dam bao hoc vien co day du kien thuc va ky nang de thuc hien cong viec duoc phan cong sau khi hoan tat khoa hoc.
Giam sat viec tuan thu noi quy, quy dinh cua giao vien/ hoc vien tham gia khoa huan luyen va bao cao kip thoi khi co xay ra sai pham.
De xuat cac y kien cai tien chat luong huan luyen cho lanh dao Hoc vien.
Dam bao cac dieu kien huan luyen bao gom co so vat chat, tai lieu huan luyen va doi ngu giao vien duoc phe chuan phu hop voi cac quy dinh hien hanh.
Chuan bi giao trinh, giao an, bai giang dien tu, danh gia phong hoc, phong thi theo dung quy dinh.
Thiet lap va duy tri moi quan he voi cac co quan chuc nang, cac to chuc, co so dao tao ben trong va ben ngoai VJC.
Cac cong viec khac do Quan ly truc tiep giao pho.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Develop, update training programs, curricula, lesson plans, question banks, related materials for all the subjects belong to the Department.
Conduct the training tasks: teaching, testing, marking..Ensure trainees after completing the course have adequate knowledge and skills to perform their assigned tasks.
To supervise the regulation compliance of instructors and trainees and to report timely on violations (if any).
Propose recommendations to improve training quality to VJAA board of management.
Ensure conditions include training facilities, training materials and instructors in accordance with the current regulations.
Prepare curricula, lesson plans, slides, classroom assessment, examination room according to regulations.
Establish and maintain relationships with the relevant authorities, organizations and educational institutions inside and outside of VJC.
Other assignments from the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement

Co cac chung chi va/hoac giay phep lien quan den linh vuc chuyen mon phu hop Co Chung chi Dao tao Giang vien (Train-the-Trainer) hoac chung chi/nghiep vu su pham tuong duong do mot to chuc dao tao duoc cong nhan cap. Chung chi nay co the duoc bo sung sau khi duoc tuyen dung.
- Trinh do tieng Anh:
Dap ung mot trong cac yeu cau ve trinh do tieng Anh sau:
TOEIC 600, IELTS 5.0, TOEFL iBT 60, TOEFL CBT 175, hoac co bang Cu nhan Tieng Anh.
- Nang luc va kinh
nghiem
Co it nhat 5 nam kinh nghiem trong nganh hang khong; hoac Co it nhat 5 nam kinh nghiem lam Tiep vien hang khong, trong do co it nhat 2 nam kinh nghiem o vi tri Purser. (*) The hien su nhiet tinh, cam ket va dam me doi voi cong tac dao tao va giang day.
Co nang luc giang day tot va ky nang giao tiep hieu qua.
Co kha nang su dung may tinh va thanh thao cac ung dung Microsoft Office, bao gom Word, PowerPoint, Excel, v.v.
San sang va co kha nang di cong tac khi duoc yeu cau phuc vu cac nhiem vu dao tao.
(*) Yeu cau ve kinh nghiem cu the co the thay doi tuy theo vi tri giang vien va/hoac noi dung dao tao.

- General Requirements:
Be at least 23 years of age.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Hold relevant certificates and/or licenses in the applicable field.
Hold a Train-the-Trainer Certificate or equivalent pedagogical qualification issued by a recognized training organization. This qualification may be obtained after recruitment.
- English Proficiency:
Meet one of the following English proficiency Requirements: TOEIC 600, IELTS 5.0, TOEFL iBT 60, TOEFL CBT 175, or a Bachelor's Degree in English.
- Abilities and Experience:
Have at least 5 years of experience in the aviation industry; or Have at least 5 years of experience as Cabin Crew, including at least 2 years of experience as a Purser. (*) Demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for training and instructional activities.
Demonstrate good instructional ability and effective communication skills.
Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Be willing and able to travel as required for training assignments.
(*) Specific experience Requirements may vary depending on the instructor position and/or training subject.
