Job Description
Thuc hien giang day cac mon ly thuyet hang khong theo chuong trinh dao tao, giao trinh va ke hoach huan luyen da duoc phe duyet.
Chuan bi giao an, bai giang, tai lieu hoc tap, bai tap va cac phuong tien phuc vu giang day truoc moi khoa hoc hoac buoi hoc.
Xay dung hoac tham gia xay dung de kiem tra, ngan hang cau hoi va cac hinh thuc danh gia theo quy dinh.
Tham gia xay dung, ra soat, cap nhat va cai tien chuong trinh dao tao, giao trinh, giao an, tai lieu giang day va ngan hang cau hoi.
Tuan thu cac quy dinh cua Cuc Hang khong Viet Nam (CAAV), cac yeu cau cua chuong trinh dao tao duoc phe duyet va cac quy dinh noi bo cua Hoc vien.
Tuan thu va thuc hien cac yeu cau cua He thong Quan ly An toan (SMS) va He thong Quan ly Chat luong (QMS) trong pham vi cong viec duoc giao.
Chu dong cap nhat kien thuc chuyen mon, quy dinh hang khong, cong nghe moi va phuong phap giang day hien dai.
Hoan thanh day du, chinh xac va dung thoi han cac ho so, bieu mau, bao cao va tai lieu lien quan den hoat dong dao tao.
Phoi hop voi cac bo phan lien quan.
Thuc hien cac nhiem vu khac do cap tren giao.* Thuc hien giang day cac mon ly thuyet hang khong theo chuong trinh dao tao, giao trinh va ke hoach huan luyen da duoc phe duyet.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Deliver aviation theory training in accordance with the approved training program, syllabus and training plan.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, learning resources, exercises and teaching aids before each course or class.
Develop or participate in developing examinations, question banks and assessment methods in accordance with applicable requirements.
Develop, review, update and improve training programs, syllabi, lesson plans, training materials and question banks.
Comply with CAAV regulations, approved training program requirements and the Academy's internal regulations.
Comply with Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements within the assigned scope.
Maintain and enhance professional knowledge, knowledge of aviation regulations, awareness of new technologies and modern instructional methods.
Complete all training records, forms, reports and related documentation accurately and on time.
Coordinate with relevant
departments.
Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Co chung chi nghiep vu su pham hoac chung chi Train the Trainer do to chuc dao tao duoc cong nhan cap.

nghiem
Co it nhat 5 nam kinh nghiem lam viec trong linh vuc lien quan.
Co kinh nghiem thiet ke bai giang, danh gia ket qua hoc tap cua hoc vien, quan ly ho so va tai lieu dao tao.
- Kien thuc chuyen nganh:
Nam vung cac quy dinh cua ICAO, CAAV va EASA, cung cac tieu chuan huan luyen phi cong.
Co kien thuc ve quan ly chuong trinh dao tao va danh gia hieu qua hoc tap.

am hieu
Thanh thao tieng Anh, toi thieu ICAO Level 4.
Am hieu nganh hang khong va cac tieu chuan dao tao trong linh vuc hang khong.
Co kha nang truyen dat kien thuc ly thuyet ro rang va huong dan hoc vien ap dung vao thuc hanh.

Thanh thao ky nang vi tinh van phong, bao gom soan thao slide bai giang va van ban.

and Professional Certificates
Hold relevant professional certificates, including ATPL.
Hold a Train the Trainer certificate or a pedagogy certificate issued by a recognized training organization.

At least 5 years of relevant work

in designing lesson plans, evaluating student learning outcomes and managing training records and materials.
- Specific Knowledge:
Thorough knowledge of ICAO, CAAV and EASA regulations, as well as pilot training standards.
Knowledge of training program
management and learning effectiveness evaluation.

Proficient in English, with a minimum of ICAO Level 4.
Good knowledge of the aviation industry and aviation training standards.
Ability to clearly convey theoretical knowledge and guide students in applying it to practical training.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in office applications, including preparing lecture slides and documents.
Willing to work overtime or travel for business when required.
