Job Description

• Quan ly lop hoc, dao tao mo phong voi cac hoc vien nham muc dich phat trien/duy tri muc do thanh thao cao

Conducting classroom, simulator training with trainees for the purpose of developing/maintaining a high degree of proficiency

• The hien kha nang nam vung chu de duoc giao va su dung cac chien luoc giang day phu hop trong moi truong giang day

Demonstrating mastery of subject matter assigned, and employing appropriate teaching strategies in the instructional setting

• Tien hanh dao tao su dung CBT, ATC Suite... cho muc dich dao tao

Conducting training using CBT, ATC Suite... for training purpose

• Chuan bi phong hoc, thiet lap tai lieu truoc thoi gian bat dau

Preparing classroom and setting up training materials prior to schedule of start time.

• Do luong tien do hoc tap cua hoc vien trong chuong trinh da thiet lap, xay dung muc tieu va phuong phap chu quan

Measuring training progress of the trainees within the established curriculum, utilizing objectives and subjective methods

• Bao cao cho quan li Dao tao Tiep tuc va Danh gia Loai hinh ve bat ky van de dao tao nao (hieu suat kem, xung dot, di tre qua muc, v.v.)

Reporting to the Type Rating & Continuation Training Manager any training problems (poor performance, conflicts, excessive tardiness, etc.) 7.Thao luan ve cac de xuat va khuyen nghi lien quan den viec chinh sua va sua doi noi dung bai hoc hoac khoa hoc theo chinh sach cua VJAA Discussing suggestions and recommendations regarding correction and modifications to lesson or course ware in accordance with VJAA policy.

Assisting in development and revision of Training Materials and keeping updated, assisting in completing and revising syllabus.

9.Duy tri tat ca cac tai lieu dao tao, bao gom tai lieu phat cho hoc vien va cac tai lieu khac, luon duoc cap nhat Maintaining all training material, including trainee handouts and other publications, in a current at all times.

10.Lam cac chuyen de ve chuyen mon may bay, cho cac can bo ky thuat khi co yeu cau Serving as aircraft expert subject matter expert, for technical personnel as required.

• Trinh do chuyen mon / Education:

Dai hoc, co chung chi chuyen nganh Ky thuat Hang khong / Bachelor's Degree, Aviation technical certificates.

• Kinh nghiem / Job related experience:

It nhat 1 nam kinh nghiem tren cuong vi giao vien co nang dinh phu hop / At least 1 year of experience as an instructor in a related training section.

• Kien thuc chuyen nganh /Specific knowledge: 3 nam kinh nghiem lien quan hoac co chung chi chuyen mon can thiet /

3 years of relevant experience or having the required professional certificates.

• Kha nang am hieu / Business understanding:

+ Hieu biet ve nganh Hang khong, cac tieu chuan trong linh vuc huan luyen / Understand the Aviation industry, standards in the subjects controlled.

+ Nam vung co cau to chuc, chuc nang va nhiem vu cua Hoc vien va cac don vi trong VJAA/ Understand the organization, functions and Key Responsibilities of VJAA and its departments.

+ Hieu biet ve gia tri cot loi, tam nhin va su menh cua Hang khong the he moi / Understanding of core values, vision and mission of New Age Carrier.

• Yeu cau khac / Other Requirements:

+ Co chung chi su pham do to chuc huan luyen cong nhan / Training Certificate issued by approved training organization.

+ Lam viec duoi ap luc cao / Work under high pressure.

+ Da duoc phe duyet theo TPM / Has been approved in accordance with TPM.

+ Co ky nang trinh bay bang van ban va bang loi noi bang tieng Viet / tieng Anh / Demonstrating written and oral presentation skills in Vietnamese / English.

+ Ky nang giao tiep tot / Good communication skills.

+ Su dung thanh thao phan mem Microsoft Office / Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software.

+ Phai co kha nang hanh dong theo sang kien ca nhan va dua ra quyet dinh theo cac huong dan da thong nhat / Must be able to act on personal initiative and take decisions within agreed guidelines.

+ Su dung thanh thao tieng Anh (Docwise, TOEIC 600+) / Proficient utilization of English (Docwise or TOEIC 600+).

+ Ky nang giao tiep xuat sac voi kha nang dong gop cho nhom / Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute to a team.

+ Tac phong lich su, than thien / Polite and friendly manner.
