Job Description

• Theo doi cac van de chat luong va tuan thu trong AMO; xu ly cac diem khong phu hop phat sinh tu hoat dong giam sat, kiem tra dot xuat, CMR, COA, danh gia AMO va kiem tra tau bay tai san do.
• Dieu tra cac diem khong phu hop va phat hien; phan tich nguyen nhan goc; thuc hien hanh dong khac phuc tuc thoi khi can thiet; xay dung va theo doi cac hanh dong khac phuc/phong ngua den khi hoan tat. Phan hoi cac quan ngai ve chat luong tren Coruson theo phe duyet cua quan ly.
• Theo doi OSR, MOR, cac bao cao an toan va cac van de lien quan den nha chuc trach; phoi hop cac don vi lien quan, bao cao MQA kem theo bang chung. Dam bao tai lieu ky thuat luon duoc cap nhat va thuc hien kiem tra dot xuat/giam sat hoat dong bao duong theo chi dao.
• Monitor quality and compliance within the AMO and address non-conformities arising from surveillance, spot checks, CMRs, COAs, AMO audits, and aircraft maintenance ramp inspections.
• To investigate non-conformities/findings, identify root causes, take immediate corrective action when necessary, and develop and monitor corrective/preventive actions to ensure full implementation and closure; respond to quality concerns in Coruson with management approval.
• Monitor OSR, MOR, safety reports, and issues raised by aviation authorities; coordinate with relevant departments and report findings to MQA with supporting evidence; ensure technical documentation is up to date; and conduct spot checks/maintenance surveillance as directed.

Job Requirement

• Trinh do hoc van:
• Tot nghiep Dai hoc chuyen nganh Ky thuat Hang khong; hoac chuyen nganh Ky thuat va da hoan thanh khoa hoc Ky thuat Hang khong co ban.
• Kinh nghiem:
• Toi thieu 06 thang kinh nghiem lam viec o vi tri Tho may tau bay va toi thieu 02 nam cong tac tai VJC AMO.
• Kien thuc/Ky nang chuyen mon:
• Tieu chuan/quy dinh cua nha chuc trach; ky thuat danh gia; dieu tra loi bao duong; MME, MOPM, LMM, Line Maintenance SOP; SMS, Human Factors, Just Culture; duy tri du dieu kien bay.
• Hieu biet ve pham vi phe chuan va gioi han ap dung doi voi nhan su; hieu dieu kien bao dam duy tri du dieu kien bay; doc hieu work order, work card va du lieu bao duong ap dung.
• ISO 9000/Internal Quality Auditor; MEDA; VJC AOC/AMO Indoctrination; AMOS/Coruson/ETLB; Aircraft Type Training Level 2; SMS; Human Factors; Ramp Safety; Aviation Security va dao tao khac theo yeu cau TPM.
• Ngoai ngu:
• Co kha nang doc hieu tot tai lieu ky thuat tieng Anh.
• TOEIC tu 500 tro len hoac chung chi tuong duong.
• Yeu cau khac:
• Giao tiep va viet bao cao ro rang.
• Lam viec nhom va phoi hop lien phong ban, co kha nang dieu phoi va dan dat khi duoc giao.
• Lap ke hoach, theo doi va trien khai hanh dong khac phuc.
• Ky nang dieu tra loi bao duong va phan tich nguyen nhan goc.
• Hieu biet co ban ve AI va cong nghe so.
• Education:
• Graduated from a university with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or in another engineering discipline with a completed Basic Aeronautical Engineering course.
• Experience:
• At least 6 months of experience working as an Aircraft Mechanic and at least 2 years of experience working at VJC AMO.
• Specific Knowledge:
• Applicable standards and authority regulations; auditing techniques; maintenance error investigation; MME, MOPM, LMM and Line Maintenance SOP; SMS, Human Factors, Just Culture; continuing airworthiness.
• Knowledge of personnel authorizations and limitations; conditions for maintaining continuing airworthiness; and the ability to read and understand work orders, work cards, and applicable maintenance data.
• ISO 9000/Internal Quality Auditor; MEDA; VJC AOC/AMO Indoctrination; AMOS/Coruson/ETLB; Aircraft Type Training Level 2; SMS; Human Factors; Ramp Safety; Aviation Security and other training required by TPM.
• Language Skills:
• Good English reading comprehension, particularly for technical documents.
• TOEIC score of 500 or above, or equivalent certification
• Other Requirements:
• Adequate communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate across departments, with the ability to coordinate activities and provide leadership when assigned.
• Planning, monitoring, and deployment of corrective actions.
• Maintenance error investigation and root-cause analysis skills.
• Possess knowledge of basic AI or Digital Literacy.
