Job Description

• Kiem tra thong tin cac chuyen bay can luu y theo lich bay, ra soat tong hop gui Truc ban dieu hanh de trien khai ke hoach phuc vu den cac don vi trong day chuyen phuc vu truc tiep, gom: Xang dau, ky thuat, suat an, cung ung...
• Kiem soat cac nguon thong tin thong qua cac trang thiet bi tai van phong ve su thay doi lich bay trong ngay (doi A/C, doi gio khai thac, tang/huy chuyen bat thuong, doi hanh trinh bay,...) , va phoi hop voi Truc ban dieu hanh lam viec voi cac bo phan lien quan tai Cang hang khong de thong nhat vi tri parking, boarding gate, phuong an phuc vu moi (neu co).., va trien khai ngay cho cac don vi phuc vu trong va ngoai VJGS
• Theo doi, cap nhat cac thong tin co lien quan den su thay doi lich bay va trien khai lich bay trong ca truc
• Tiep nhan thong tin va phoi hop cung TBDH xu ly cac vu viec bat thuong trong cong tac phuc vu bay, an ninh an toan, chat luong dich vu, cham, huy chuyen bay... ,
• Tham gia va phoi hop voi Truc ban dieu hanh len ke hoach va trien khai cong tac phuc vu cac chuyen bay VIP, Charter.
• Thuc hien giam sat cong tac cung cap dich vu, phuc vu bay, chat luong dich vu...thong qua he thong camera, hoac truc tiep.
• Thuc hien cac cong viec khac, cong viec dot xuat do cap quan ly giao.

• Check and verify all flight information must be corrected accordingly to the flight schedule and summarize it to distribute to concerned functions, including petroleum, mechanizing, catering, providing services...
• Control the information sources through the office equipment regarding the daily flight schedule changes (aircraft change, change schedule time, increase/canceled flight or flight schedule changed...), coordinate with Duty Manager to order/negotiate all concerned functions at the Airport to arrange the parking, boarding gate and new plan of service handling procedure (if any) and deploy the service plan to all inside/outside VJGS.
• Follow and update information relating to flight schedule changes and distribute it to all in duty performance.
• Collect information relating to irregularity issues and coordinate with Deputy Manager to handle all flight activities concerning safety, security, services quality control, delay or canceled flights...,
• Coordinate with DM to build up the service plan and deploy ground service handling for VIP/Charter flights to all concerned.
• Implement supervision of the providing services, flying services, and quality control through CCTV system or direct observation.
• Execute other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or upper-level manager.

• Uu tien ung vien co kinh nghiem lam viec trong nganh hang khong.
• Ngoai ngu
• Ngoai ngu: Tieng Anh, chung chi TOEIC tu 500 diem tro len (hoac cac tuong duong).
• Tuoi
• Tuoi tu 21 den 45.
• Yeu cau khac
• Ngoai hinh de nhin. Nam tu 1m68 tro len; Nu cao 1m58 tro len.
• Tin hoc: su dung thanh thao cac ung dung tin hoc can phong (Words, Excel, Email...)
• Thuc hien dieu phoi hoat dong khai thac trong ca truc, phoi hop, ho tro Truc ban dieu hanh trong cong tac dieu hanh, giam sat, xu ly hieu qua cac van de phat sinh, cac bat thuong trong ca truc dam bao cong tac phuc vu bay duoc an toan, dung gio.

• Education
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with aviation experience.
• Language skills
• English: TOEIC 500 (or equivalent certificate) or university graduation/graduated from English major.
• Age
• From 21-45 years old.
• Other Requirements
• Easy looking appearance ; Male: 1m68 height or above; Female: 1m58 or above
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
• Implement the operational activities, coordinate/assist the Duty Manager (DM) to solve irregularity problems that occur, to ensure all flight services are safety and on on-time performance.
