Job Description

Thuc hien kiem tra danh gia cac hoat dong bao duong theo ke hoach danh gia cua AMO va theo doi cac hanh dong khac phuc
Soan va cap nhat cac checklist danh gia
Ho tro ra soat va danh gia ho so bao duong ngoai can cu
Ho tro ra soat va danh gia ho so de nghi su dung vat tu, dung cu tuong duong
Ho tro ra soat va danh gia cac ho so de nghi nhan nhuong
Ho tro ra soat va danh gia ho so de nghi bo sung nang dinh vao Caplist
Thuc hien danh gia, hoi thi cap Uy quyen cho cac nhan vien
Cac cong viec khac do Truong Ban QC, Giam doc QA giao pho
Conduct audit and inspection as required by AMO audit plan (if authorised as auditor) and follow up corrective actions
Compose and update audit checklists for maintenance, workshop, etc.
Assist to review and evaluate work away from base
Assisst to review and evaluate application for part fabrication, alternate tool
Assist to review the application of concession, dispensation prior to submission for approval
Assisst to review and evaluate Self-evaluation before adding new article into Caplist
Conduct competence assessment and interview maintenance personnel before authorization
Other assignments from the QC Manager, QA Director

Job Requirement

Trinh do Dai hoc tro len voi chuyen nganh lien quan
Toi thieu 05 nam kinh nghiem trong cac hoat dong bao duong tau bay va/hoac Dam bao An toan Chat luong
Co kien thuc nen tang ve linh vuc bao duong tau, quan ly an toan, dam bao chat luong
So huu chung chi Danh gia vien ATCL
Co the thich ung va hieu ro he thong Dam bao chat luong cua VJC
Co the thich ung va hieu ro cac hoat dong va quy trinh an toan, chat luong, ky thuat cua VJC
Hieu ro cac yeu cau, quy dinh ve bao duong tau bay cua Cuc HKVN, ICAO, IOSA, va cac nha chuc trach HK lon nhu EASA, FAA
Ky nang giao tiep
Kha nang lam viec doc lap va phoi hop nhom
Ky nang vi tinh van phong
San sang lam viec khong theo gio co dinh
TOEIC tu 500 hoac tuong duong
Bachelor's Degree and above with related major
At least 05 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/ or quality assurance
Proven background and knowledge in aircraft maintenance, safety management, quality assurance.
Auditor Qualification
Definite understanding and adaptation of VJC QA system and organization.
Knowledges of safety, quality, maintenance procedures and activities.
Wide understanding of safety. quality, maintenance Requirements which required by VARs, ICAO, IOSA and major NAA e.g. FAA, EASA.
Communication skill both writen and verbal
Ability to work independently and a team work
Computer skill e.g. Words, Excel, Powerpoint
Willing to work irregular schedule when required
TOEIC above 500 or equivalent
