Job Description

Thuc hien cong tac tuyen dung CBNV cho Cong ty.

Trien khai ky ket thu moi lam viec, Hop dong dao tao va Hop dong lao dong cho CBNV Cong ty.

Tham gia xay dung quy trinh, chinh sach nhan su.

Quan ly he thong thong tin va ho so ca nhan cua CBNV Cong ty.

Xay dung ke hoach nhan su va ke hoach ngan sach nhan su hang nam.

Thuc hien cong tac bao cao nhan su hang thang, quy nam cho cac Don vi va Co quan co tham quyen.

Thuc hien cac nhiem vu khac theo phan cong cua quan ly truc tiep.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Perform recruitment for the Company.

Prepare the signing of Offer Letters, Training Agreements, and Labor Contracts for the employees.

Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.

Manage the documents of the employees.

Develop annual headcount plans and HR budget plans.

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting for relevant departments and competent authorities.

Other assignments from the direct manager.

Ky nang ngon ngu

Su dung Tieng Anh tot: co chung chi TOIEC toi thieu 500 hay cac chung chi tuong duong, cu nhan Ngon Ngu Anh.

Yeu cau khac

Su dung thanh thao Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Experiences

At least 2 years of experience or more, Preference work in aviation field.

Language skills

Good English skill: TOEIC with a minimum score of 500 or equivalent; or Bachelor's Degree in English.

Other Requirements

Proficient computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
