Job Description

• Thu thap, tap hop, luu tru, xu ly cac so lieu, du lieu ke toan tren cac chung tu ke toan phat sinh, tien hanh nhap lieu vao he thong theo cac chuan muc ke toan va thue
• Theo doi, ghi nhan va hach toan doanh thu dich vu phuc vu mat dat cho cac hang Hang khong. Lap va phat hanh hoa don dien tu theo hop dong va quy dinh hien hanh. Theo doi cong no va hoan thien ho so doanh thu.
• Nhap du lieu vao ra cua so quy (quy hoat dong va quy boi thuong), so tien gui, cac so ngan hang, cac khoan vay, lai vay. Thuc hien doi chieu voi so quy va quy ton thuc te, cac so ngan hang theo so lieu tren sao ke va so lieu tren he thong theo tuan, theo thang nham phuc vu muc dich dong so.
• Tinh lai tri gia hang hoa ton kho, gia von hang hoa ban/ dich vu, hach toan tai san theo quy dinh, hach toan but toan khau hao tai san co dinh. Kiem ke kho hang, kho vat tu va tai san dinh ky
• Hach toan chi phi luong, BHXH, CPCD, thue TNCN theo thong tin phong nhan su cung cap
• Ra soat lai chung tu, hoa don, chi phi, so chi tiet, so cai dam bao cac giao dich ghi nhan dung. Hach toan du chi phi han che toi da hoa don hach toan lech ky. Chuan bi va hach toan cac but toan trich truoc chi phi, trich lap du phong.
• Lap cac bao cao tai chinh thang/quy/nam theo quy dinh cua tong cong ty trinh cap tren soat xet/phe duyet truoc khi trinh len tong cong ty
• Cung cap ho so, so sach ke toan cho doan kiem toan khi duoc yeu cau
• Thuc hien ke khai hoa don dau vao, dau ra phat sinh trong thang dung han
• Lap cac to khai, bao cao thue.
• Phoi hop lap cac bao cao tai chinh, bao cao quan tri, bao cao chi phi dinh ky trinh cap tren xem xet de phuc vu muc dich quan tri va ho tro ban giam doc trong cong tac dieu hanh van hanh cong ty.
• Thuc hien cac cong viec khac khi duoc cap tren giao. Tuong tac, giai trinh so lieu cho cac bo phan, cap tren, ho tro cac nhan vien khac trong phong va cac bo phan khac khi co yeu cau.

• Collect, gather, store, and process accounting data from accounting documents; enter data into the system according to accounting and tax standards
• Monitor, record, and account for ground handling service revenue for airlines. Prepare and issue e-invoices in accordance with contracts and current regulations. Track outstanding receivables and finalize revenue documentation.
• Enter input and output data of the cash book (operating fund and compensation fund), deposit book, bank books, loans, and loan interest. Make comparisons with the cash book and actual balance, bank books and data on the statement, and data on the system weekly and monthly for book closing purposes.
• Recalculate the value of inventory, cost of goods sold/services, account for assets according to regulations, and record depreciation of fixed assets. Conduct periodic inventory of warehouses, supplies and assets
• Accounting for salary costs, social insurance, community contributions, and personal income tax according to information provided by the human resources department
• Review documents, invoices, expenses, detailed books, and ledgers to ensure transactions are recorded correctly. Fully account for expenses to minimize irregular accounting invoices. Prepare and account for advance cost entries and provisioning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports according to the corporation's regulations and submit them to the Leaders for review/approval before submitting to the corporation.
• Provide documents and accounting books to the audit team when requested.
• Declare input and output invoices arising during the month on time
• Prepare tax declarations and reports.
• Coordinate the preparation of periodic financial, management, and cost reports for review by higher management to facilitate management purposes and support the Board of Directors in overseeing company operations.
• Perform other tasks when assigned by superiors.

• Kinh nghiem:
• Co kinh nghiem 3-4 nam trong linh vuc ke toan tong hop, kiem toan, ke toan quan tri
• Ky nang chuyen mon:
• Uu tien ung vien biet su dung phan mem SAP
• Ngoai ngu:
• Ngoai ngu: Toeic 500 hoac chung chi tuong duong (IELTS/TOEFL/...)
• Ky nang tin hoc van phong:
• Tin hoc: su dung thanh thao vi tinh van phong (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email...)
• Yeu cau khac:
• Cham chi, ham hoc hoi, kien tri va nghiem tuc, kha nang bat kip cong viec nhanh chong
• Can than, trung thuc va co tinh than trach nhiem cao
• Kha nang lam viec duoi ap luc cao

• Education:
• University degree in Finance/Accounting
• Experience:
• Have 3-4 years of experience in the field of general accounting, auditing, and management accounting.
• Professional Skills:
• Priority is given to candidates who know how to use SAP software
• Laguages Skills:
• Foreign language: TOEIC 500 or equivalent certificate (IELTS/TOEFL/...)
• Computer Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
• Other requirements:
• Hardworking, eager to learn, persistent and serious, ability to catch up with work quickly.
• Be careful, honest, and have a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under high pressure.
