Job Description

• Ke toan tai chinh

Theo doi va ghi nhan cac giao dich ke toan, bao gom cong no phai thu va cong no phai tra voi Cong ty me, cac ben lien ket, nha cung cap va doi tac.

Doi chieu so du va cac giao dich noi bo trong tap doan.

Thuc hien khau hao va phan bo hang thang; bao dam so lieu chinh xac tren he thong ke toan SAP.

Kiem tra cac nghiep vu ke toan lien quan den cong no, tien mat va ngan hang nham bao dam tuan thu quy dinh ke toan Viet Nam.

• Bao cao:

Lap Bao cao tai chinh theo Chuan muc ke toan Viet Nam VAS.

Lap cac bao cao dinh ky va bao cao phat sinh theo yeu cau cua Cong ty me, phu hop voi tieu chuan noi bo.

Ho tro cong tac lap ngan sach va du bao.

• Thue

Lap va nop cac to khai thue GTGT, thue TNDN va thue nha thau neu co theo quy dinh phap luat.

Ra soat bao cao thue va ho tro Ke toan truong xu ly cac van de lien quan den thue.

• Kiem toan va tuan thu

Chuan bi ho so va tai lieu phuc vu kiem toan noi bo va kiem toan doc lap, bao gom kiem toan giua ky va cuoi nam.

Phoi hop voi kiem toan vien va cac phong ban lien quan de hoan tat cac yeu cau kiem toan.

Theo doi cac van de con ton dong de bao dam hoan thanh Bao cao tai chinh dung han.

• Cong viec khac:

Thuc hien cac cong viec khac theo phan cong cua Ke toan truong.

• Accounting:

Monitor and record accounting transactions, including receivables and payables with the Parent Company, related entities, suppliers and partners.

Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions.

Perform monthly depreciation and allocations and ensure data accuracy in the SAP accounting system.

Review accounting transactions related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash and bank activities to ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting regulations.

• Reporting:

Prepare Financial Statements in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards VAS.

Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports requested by the Parent Company in line with internal standards.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Taxation:

Prepare and submit VAT, CIT and FCT declarations, where applicable, in compliance with local regulations.

Review tax reports and support the Chief Accountant in resolving tax-related matters.

• Audit and Compliance:

Prepare schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits, including interim and year-end audits.

Coordinate with auditors and relevant departments to complete audit requirements.

Follow up on outstanding items to ensure the timely completion of Financial Statements.

• Other Duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Su dung tieng Anh tot; co chung chi TOEIC tu 500 diem tro len hoac chung chi tuong duong, hoac tot nghiep Cu nhan Ngon ngu Anh.

• Ky nang

Hieu ro cac quy dinh ve ke toan va thue tai Viet Nam.

Co ky nang phan tich va doi chieu so lieu tot.

Co kinh nghiem su dung SAP la mot loi the.

Co ky nang giao tiep va phoi hop tot.

Co kien thuc ve phan tich du lieu, tu dong hoa hoac ung dung AI la mot loi the.

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience

in intercompany accounting within a group structure and/or tax accounting is preferred.

• English:

Good command of English with a TOEIC score of at least 500 or an equivalent certificate, or a Bachelor's degree in English.

• Skills

and Knowledge

Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Experience

using SAP is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination

Skills

Knowledge of data analytics,

automation or applied AI is an advantage.
