Job Description

Xay dung, cap nhat va phat trien he thong dam bao an ninh, he thong quan ly an toan, he thong dam bao chat luong cua VJGS phu hop voi cac luat dinh, quy dinh cua Nha chuc trach hang khong, Nguoi khai thac cang hang khong; va cac quy dinh, tieu chuan cua Hang hang khong khach hang, dap ung cac tieu chuan ISAGO (khi duoc ap dung).
Theo doi, lap ke hoach, kiem tra, giam sat de dam bao cac hoat dong cua VJGS duoc kiem soat va tuan thu doi voi cac quy dinh ve an ninh, an toan va chat luong cung nhu cac yeu cau khac cua Hang hang khong khach hang va nha chuc trach; va cac hoat dong duoc thuc hien duoi su giam sat cua Truong bo phan chuc nang.
Tong hop, thong ke, va bao cao cac vu viec/ su co ve an toan, an ninh trong hoat dong khai thac cua VJGS theo quy dinh. Dieu tra su co an toan theo phan cap, de xuat bien phap phong ngua va theo doi, danh gia hanh dong khac phuc phong ngua.
Tiep nhan/ phan phoi/ quan ly cac tai lieu khai thac do hang hang khong/cang hang khong/VJGS ban hanh cho cac Phong/ Ban VJGS, dam bao cac Phong/ Ban su dung tai lieu duoc cap nhat va duoc kiem soat.
Cap nhat dinh ky cac tai lieu khai thac noi bo cua VJGS va trien khai cac tai lieu khai thac cua Hang hang khong/VJGS den Nha chuc trach va cac don vi cung cap dich vu theo quy dinh
De xuat cac bien phap, giai phap de hoan thien cac quy trinh phuc vu, nang cao chat luong dich vu.
Tham gia to chuc cuoc hop xem xet cua lanh dao.
De xuat cai tien thuong xuyen he thong an toan va chat luong.
Thuc hien cac nhiem vu khac theo phan cong cua Truong phong.

Establish, update, and develop the security management system, safety management system, and quality management system in compliance with the regulations of authorities, airport operators, and following the customer airline's standard and requirement, and conform to the ISAGO standard (when applicable)
Follow, Plan, and perform, Check, and monitor to ensure that VJGS's activities are controlled and comply with security, safety, and quality regulations as well as other Requirements of the customer airline and the authorities; and activities are carried out under the supervision of the Head of the functional department.
Report and make statistics of safety and security events/incidents in VJGS operations according to regulations. Perform internal investigation, recommend preventive actions, and supervise, evaluating corrective actions/preventive actions of concerned parties.
Receive/ distribute/ manage of operation documents issued by the airport operators/ airlines/VJGSs to the departments, and ensure that the users of the documents are updated and controlled.
Update of internal documents of the VJGS and deploy operational documents of airlines/ VJGS to authorities and service providers as prescribed.
Proposing measures and solutions to improve service processes and improve service quality.
Participate in holding the Management Review Meeting.
Propose regular improvement of safety and quality systems.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

Tot nghiep: Dai hoc tro len.
Ngoai ngu
Tieng Anh: Toeic 550 tro len; hoac IELTS 5.0: hoac tot nghiep chuyen nganh tieng Anh.
Yeu cau khac
Tinh than trach nhiem cao, bao quat cong viec.
Ky nang xu ly tinh huong va giai quyet van de.
Pham chat dao duc tot, ly lich ro rang (yeu cau Ly lich tu phap mau so 2).
Can than, trung thuc va trach nhiem.
