Candidate Requirements

Citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Higher education in aviation engineering or related technical field;

Strong computer skills;

Fluent command of Uzbek, Russian, and English;

Work experience in the aviation sector (preferably at least 1 year in civil aviation engineering);

Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Key Key Responsibilities

Organize the full process of aircraft technical operations in compliance with international and domestic standards;

Continuously monitor and ensure fleet reliability;

Develop aircraft maintenance programs;

Perform engineering tasks related to technical and flight operations;

Improve aircraft reliability and enhance flight safety;

Optimize maintenance costs and increase operational efficiency;

Monitor technical parameters and provide support during the acceptance of new aircraft.
