    Job Description

    The successful candidate will join our Talent Acquisition & Staffing team in SIA Human Resources Division, whose mission is to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to attract best talents for the organisation.

    Key Key Responsibilities Handling end-to-end recruitment activities from pipelining, sourcing, selection, offers to onboarding, either for Flying Crew or Corporate Staff.

    Developing pipeline strategies and executing recruitment and staffing plans to attract and hire talents, whilst ensuring candidates meet our Requirements.

    Review of processes to streamline, digitalise while ensuring/ improving positive candidate experience. Use metrics to create hiring dashboard and identify areas of improvement (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

    Engagement with educational institutions, organisations for talent pipeline. This includes working with them to participate in career fairs, internships, events etc.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or relevant fields, with ideally more than 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role

    Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic environment.

    Good knowledge of local employment regulations.

    Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking System (e.g. SuccessFactor, Workday), social media and job boards.

    Familiarity with the use of Digital tools, Artificial Intelligence, Dashboards in the hiring process is a plus

    Experience in hiring in overseas markets is an advantage.
