Job Description
The successful candidate will join the material management department in SIA Engineering Division. He/she will support the freight, tender and facilities administrative functions.
Key Key Responsibilities To maintain the filing for Material Management contracts and agreements To maintain and monitor lease agreement and floor plans of warehouse space on lease by SIA To conduct verification of space leased by SIA required by SIA Properties for audit Requirements on yearly basis To maintain record and update asset listing To monitor the performance and co-ordination with the respective maintenance contractors for maintenance/ servicing/ repair of Automated Storage-Retrieval System (ASRS) in the Warehouse Compile and verify reports from Freight Forwarders against AWB and shipping document, for monthly submission of report to Taxation for GST reporting To verify freight invoices To support Tender and RFP process and contract administration for Engineering Division and any other division as required
Requirements
Possess a diploma in any discipline Proficient in MS Office suite of products Be able to engage with vendors and line engineers on the shop floor directly Good verbal and written communication skills Must be motivated, driven and be a team player and also be able to work independently Must be able to work under pressure We thank all candidates for your interest in Singapore Airlines, and regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
