Senior Technician, Plasma

• Perform all basic functions and related activities.
• Operate required equipment comply with safety procedures and regulations.

. Identify materials used for blasting and plasma.

• Perform blasting process as per standard practices.

. Identify and set-up all required condition to perform plasma spray.

• Program and operate automated equipment.

. Troubleshoot and test any defect while performing work.

• Perform plasma application by using extension gun.

. Operate and program plasma robotic system.

. Troubleshoot 7mb plasma spray system.

. Perform plasma spray application on complex parts.

• Troubleshoot plasma spray extension gun.
• Troubleshoot 4mb powder feed unit.
• Troubleshoot robotic system.

. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

. Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisor.
