Working at the intersection of Finance, data and strategy, you'll contribute to issues that matter across the entire KLM Group. You'll combine analysis with innovation, technology with insight, and expertise with collaboration.

What are you going to do?
No two days are the same. One day, you might be diving into analyses that shape important business decisions; the next, building a dashboard, improving a process or contributing to a strategic project.
You'll also
Drive innovation, digitalisation and automation within Finance;
Develop dashboards, reports and data-driven insights using tools such as Power BI;
Continuously look for ways to make processes smarter, faster and more efficient;
Play an important role in the monthly close, forecasting, budgeting and strategic five-year plans;
Provide analyses and reports for senior management, the Executive Team, the Supervisory Board and Air France-KLM stakeholders;
Support a wide range of project-related business questions, such as investment analyses, fleet studies and business cases;
Turn complex financial information into clear insights and actionable recommendations;
Actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere and a culture of continuous improvement.
Where do you land?
You'll join the Corporate Control Planning & Reporting team, one of the most central Finance teams within KLM.
From this position, you'll gain a unique perspective on the performance of the entire KLM Group and work on financial and strategic issues that matter to senior management and stakeholders across KLM and Air France-KLM. It's a place where today's numbers help shape tomorrow's decisions.

You'll report to the Director of Planning & Reporting, Corporate Control, KLM Group.

You'll also meet the following requirements
A completed Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Business Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
At least five years' experience in Finance, Controlling or Business Analysis, with a proven ability to turn analyses into insights and action;
Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools, and an interest in data, automation and technological developments;
Strong analytical skills and the curiosity to look beyond the numbers;
The ability to make complex information clear to a range of stakeholders;
A strong sense of ownership, a collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement;
Experience
working in a large or complex organisation;
Excellent command of English;
An RC, RA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
