We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for multiple projects, including the Junior First Officer Enhanced Program, Coordination of Webinars and Town Halls, Pilot Peer Support Program, Mentoring Program and other projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, project management experience, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications
& Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 2 years of project coordination experience Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the aviation industry will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the execution of various projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope Maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, communicating project updates and risks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with organizational objectives Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and procedures Arrange for and Manage all logistical requirements and support for townhalls, Goal setting meets, weekly/monthly meetings and other team activities
