Officer Trainee - Terminal Services

Role Purpose

Support airport terminal operations and ensure smooth passenger handling, on-time flight operations, and compliance with safety and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, arrivals, and baggage services.

Verify travel documents and provide customer support.

Coordinate with internal teams and airport stakeholders for smooth operations.

Support on-time departures and arrivals.

Adhere to airline, airport, safety, and security regulations.

Handle passenger queries and escalate issues when required.

Maintain operational records and reports.

Qualification & Experience Graduate in any discipline.
