Who are we looking for?

Requirements

Two years experience in aviation maintenance as a licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic are required A degree in education/technical training from an accredited college/university or one-year experience in aviation technical training and/or equivalent Military experience preferred.

Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant , state driver's license or passport; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.

2 years' experience as a mechanic on Embraer E145 or E175 aircraft preferred.

Strong written and spoken communication skills are necessary.

Knowledgeable of the Learning Management System (Learning Hub)

A developed understanding of Instructional System Design.

Good organizational skills and Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong computer skills required.

Strong audio-visual skills preferred.

Travel up to 25% of the time.
