    Drive coordination and delivery across a portfolio of transformation initiatives that are helping shape the future of Cathay Cargo. Supporting a multi-year transformation journey, you will work across both Commercial functions, including Sales, Sales Support, Distribution, Revenue Management and Partnerships, and Service Delivery functions covering hub and network operations, customer experience, safety, compliance and ground handling agent partnerships.

    Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and delivery partners, you will help translate business needs into practical solutions, maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and ensure projects progress in a structured and well-governed way. From refining business requirements and user stories to supporting User Acceptance Testing, change management and business readiness activities, you will play a key role in turning strategy into tangible outcomes.

    Success comes from building strong relationships across functions, identifying dependencies and risks before they become issues, and helping teams adopt new ways of working. Your contribution will support meaningful business change while strengthening Cargo's commercial and operational capabilities for the future.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate project workstreams across Cargo Commercial and Service Delivery functions, working with stakeholders to understand requirements and address business gaps through practical solutions Consolidate, document and refine business requirements, including the development of clear user stories and supporting project documentation Facilitate stakeholder engagement and project discussions to maintain alignment and support successful solution delivery Monitor project progress, track milestones and escalate significant risks or issues in a timely manner Maintain project plans, action logs, risk and issue registers, and status reporting on behalf of the Project Manager Support operational and service delivery initiatives while coordinating with relevant safety and compliance stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements Drive business readiness by challenging existing processes and supporting adoption of new ways of working across commercial and operational teams Identify project dependencies, evaluate mitigation options and present associated considerations to support stakeholder decision-making Support scope management and change requests by assessing business impacts and coordinating approval activities where required Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, change management, communications, training, knowledge transfer, business cutover activities and the use of digital tools, including artificial intelligence and automation, to improve project coordination and reporting.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5 years' experience, including at least 3 years in a project management or project coordination role Proven experience supporting projects within commercial and/or operational environments, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams Working knowledge of project and programme delivery, change management, vendor management, and business readiness and adoption practices Awareness of air cargo commercial and service delivery operations, including safety, security and regulatory considerations, is an advantage Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and a logical, methodical approach Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to different audiences Strong teamwork, interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills A proactive and achievement-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure Professional project management certification, such as PRINCE2 Foundation or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), is an advantage.
