Mentor and provide technical guidance to Quality Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

    Quality Improvement

Drive continuous improvement of enterprise testing processes and methodologies (e.g., Shift-Left testing).

Define, track, and analyze quality assurance metrics, such as defect escape rates and automation ROI, to present to stakeholders.

Champion quality engineering principles throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI-driven testing tools (e.g., visual AI like Applitools, AI code assistants like GitHub Copilot).

Advanced understanding of software testing principles, test architecture, and methodologies.

Extensive experience in API and Web services testing using tools such as Postman, including creating automated API test suites.

Deep expertise in mobile testing and device farm integration.

Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures.

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proven experience working within and optimizing Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
