Job Description

Key Key Responsibilities

Operations Support • Grab & Go

• Assist in daily operations of Grab & Go push carts at terminals. * Prepare, assemble, and serve food items according to Santan quality standards. * Ensure push cart is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift. * Handle cashless and cash transactions accurately, following SOPs. * Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to supervisors. Event & Corporate Catering Support:
• Assist with preparation, setup, and execution of corporate catering orders and events. * Support logistics, including transportation, setup, and packing of food at event venues. * Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained during events. * Assist with client requests and ensure timely delivery of catering services.

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service. * Respond to inquiries courteously and escalate issues when needed. * Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and professionalism. Teamwork & Support: * Follow staff schedules and instructions from Senior Executive / Executive. * Assist in setting up and packing down push carts or event setups. * Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure smooth operations across Grab & Go, events, and corporate catering. * Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned, such as promotions, sampling, or inventory replenishment.

Skills & Attributes

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. * Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic numeracy and cash handling skills. * Flexible, reliable, and punctual. * Physically able to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and travel to event locations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service, events, or catering preferred but not mandatory. * Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus. * Adaptable to both terminal-based Grab & Go operations and off-site event/corporate catering setups.
