WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION
Supplier Registration & Master Data Management Review and process new supplier registration requests in accordance with approved procedures and governance Requirements.
Validate supplier information, including company registration documents, tax information, bank account details, and supporting documentation.
Perform supplier profile maintenance activities, including updates to supplier details, bank information, addresses, and supplier site creation.
Ensure supplier master data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within Oracle Fusion.
Manage supplier deactivation and reactivation requests in accordance with established policies.
Compliance & Due Diligence Conduct supplier due diligence reviews, including KYC verification and supporting document validation.
Ensure compliance with Supplier Code of Conduct (SCOC), Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and other governance Requirements.
Support audit inquiries and provide documentation related to supplier onboarding and maintenance activities.
Identify and escalate potential compliance risks and data quality issues.
