About the role

There is currently a job opening for "Operations Research Analyst" in our Operations Research department.

As an Operations Research Analyst you will support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, optimize performance and guide strategic decision-making across key operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the analysis of large datasets from aircraft routes, crew routes, maintenance events, delays and disrupted passengers to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in operations Identify and understand potential or existing operational problems and trends Prepare clear, data-driven reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders Support the operations planning team in tail assignment, aircraft utilization, crew pairing, rostering and reserve planning Monitor and analyze industry trends You fit , if you cover the following

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or in a relevant field Fluency in oral and written Greek and English Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI Familiarity with programming language such as Python, DAX, SQL And you have competence
